ICO causes more and more distrust - thanks to the scammers. At this point, companies that produce and sell tokens are more focused on the product. The product is being developed and improved. And all before the token sale.

The fact is: those companies that enter the token market with a readymade product are more trustworthy. Now, few people are interested in a company that launches ICO just to make a name and earn a lot of money.

ICO is a serious campaign. It requires great resources and professionalism.

There are many companies on this path. Recently, Pavel Durov announced the creation of a light wallet and the release of the Gram token on the Telegram platform. Here is another example - KickCity, a company that has existed for two years. KickCity is engaged in the development of the event industry and issues a KCY token for further expansion of the company.

Ico now become very popular among bitcoiner, because here they only use the services of our and give free tokens, heck I was hoping that the Ico will be always there even though a lot of the gossip that says the ico will be deleted at the world of crypto.

ICO will not end or die this year or after and this is the reason why almost ICO owner are taking full measure by implement the KYC/AML so that the government can support their. However, Belarus have legalized everything related to crypto currency.

Although there are lot of legit ICO in the market and more are coming in but still they are few ICO that are scam in which not promising for an investments but still this will not guarantee that ICO will going to supersede this year as many of us earned and gained a lot because of the help of this legit ICO. Therefore it is depend upon the investors how they choose and handle a certain ICO for their sure earning as ICO will never DIE as long as more legit ICO will excess.

ico will never die, it can do much help to the start-up financing problems, but i can ensure that many projects that use ico to raise money will die

it is possible that ICO will die because there are lot of ICO that was released became scam so maybe in the future time investors will hesitate to invest with those ICO and for sure they will find another way to invest their money and it is not in ICO anymore .

As long as investment in cryptocurrency is still running, and more and more people are investing. Precisely in 2018 was the beginning of the development of ICO, because now more and more people are starting to choose crypto as an asset and I believe with this.

Yes! I think ICOs will not die in 2018.There is no doubt that the ICO market has seen nothing but success yet, and there are some fundamentally strong projects in the market, but a correction is due in time. One of the key factors fueling the ICO frenzy was a lack of regulations, but that is changing gradually. In my opinion,
we could expect some red taping around ICOs in the coming years. A strict framework is not necessarily bad news as it will help in separating good projects from bad ones and potential scams

ICOs are continuing in 2018 and new projects will be coming on in many issues. All ICOs aren't deceptions because many projects have raised funds through ICO and these projects are evolving.  Only investors should be very very careful in choosing which project is good.
As long as there is no restriction by the government, ICO will continue to increase.
For now, based on what I have notice there are already thousands of ICOs and there are legitimate and scam ICOs so we have to be consistent
in choosing the right ICO all the time so we can get our expectation.

Yeah, you're right with that those scammers are launching an ICO with no product they are so stupid that they could scam all investors. Evidence is more important here to make investors stick with it because they see the future with your company. I think ICO's will never get die in 2018 because so many of them are legitimate and investors knows that and more company will launch an ICO this year.

I don't think that ICO will die, but I see some regulations or anything regarding them as the cryptoworld is filled with scam ICO right now and something has to be done about it.

I agree with what you said about ICO getting populated by scams as well as projects that are not yet proven whether promising or not. Of course, it is much much better if the project that will be offering an ICO has already a track record where potential investors can assess. This is the edge of those projects whose companies have already existed way before they consider the ICO way of gathering more investment.

I hope the ICO craze will end soon.

I don't think cryptos should be mixed with startups/kickstarters. Cryptos should be trustless, transparent and decentralized, ICOs are none of those things so using a blockchain platform doesn't really offer any benefits to them, in fact just giving a bad name to cryptos.

But a lot of crypto-newbies gamble with them thinking they know what they're doing and that crypto is all about pumping and dumping random "projects". These people ignore, or not even aware what crypto stands for and just giving a bad name to it. And they will eventually get burned and hate cryptos altogether. Profits aren't made from nothing, it comes from other people's losses.

The more trustless, decentralized and transparent the better.
