I don't think so because more ICO is promising now in 2018 so I think this year are going to shine and more promising altcoin and increasing value
By the way all the countries are banning ICOs, I don't think that ICOs are gonna survive in the coming years but I think that it's not gonna die in 2018, it's gonna take a few more time for the people to know that not all ICOs are worthy of investments.

Really I don't think ico is going off, it has come to stay and it is with us. Again, if only luck can shine on us to buy into a genuine one , money will come.

To be honest, I think 2018 will be the next year of a lot more ICOs to come. It is harder to find the good ones, but the gems will probably prosper!
It is too early to conclude that ICO's will die by 2018. Every now and then a new ICO pops out, with promising road maps. If an ICO is not one of those scam ICO's then there should be a bright future ahead of the ICO's it depends on the people managing it as well as how people will accept it in the market.
ICOs can't simply die out, its not that simple, ICOs are bring innovation to the forefront of our society and some of these actually work. The more time progresses the better those few ICOs get.

We can see new rules and regulations from authorities to get permission for fundraising it is not going to disappear in 2018, but we can expect further rules
I would say it's too early. However, I speculate that the number will fall drastically until the end of this year. People will see that they were buying empty promises, and those who did not sell earlier will have to learn the hard way.

I am not sure but it will be more under control and people almost will lose such naive illusion that it will be such anonymously. If it become legal in your or in my country that it will be quite usual procedure. I think in the future will be hard steal cash and governments make something like block chain- ico- crypto police. On my opinion it not due but become boring and standard procedure KYC- etc.
In my opinion, in 2018 we are waiting for even more ICO. But undoubtedly, steps will be taken to make the ICO more transparent and honest.
