yes his statement is kind of frustrating, there is no evidence that it will be destroyed in 2019.
I still have ico confidence that it will grow better in 2020.
even today some ico have achieved hardcap, this is proof that ico will not die soon.

lately there are so many ICOs created and I think from year to year more and more ICOs are emerging and trying to be one of the solutions to economic problems in the world or other problems, and in 2019 I think there will still be many ICOs that created and I'm sure the development of the ICO will become more and more because it will start developing into the digital world including the use of digital currencies.

maybe it could happen if this kind of thing keeps happening again and again, then there will be no more investors who want to invest in the ICO.

I think that Ico will most likely cease to exist. Already, we are seeing a decline in interest from investors. Therefore, Ico should be transformed into some other form of raising funds.

Ico trend begone to stop now , more and more ico are cancelling their TGE just because due to this bear market , but i highly doubt that if we begone to start a new trend ( BULL RUN ) ico will just come back with 2x the amount this year , well months by months new ico is popping up to replace the old ones who have not making new changes to their project

I think this is a very relevant and interesting question. The fall of the market had a very negative impact on ICO. In order for ICO as a way to invest further, a market recovery was needed.

There are more than 1k coins are available in the market. Its very complicated to jnferstand whether all coins are legit or scam. I have seen people who lost all the their money by investing in shitcoins. In 2019 there must be a strong ico regulation for transparent trading. There must be proper kyc and other necessary requirement while introducing new coin in the market.

I don't know, all I can say is we don't know what will happen in the future. The situation we had it now in the market was not quite good and its been stocked up for a couple of months, where most of the traders got panic in it. While some traders is affected by this crisis in crypto's instead, they took it as a good chance to buy a huge of altcoins which suddenly got dumped its value like Ethereum, Waves, Neo, and others. But I still do believed that the trend of the ico are possible continuously grow not only for the coming of 2019 but for many years.

I think more than 10% because I see there are still many ICO projects that can reach Hardcap, there are still many ico projects when the redemption is opened directly into coinmarketcap. That shows the level of investor confidence that is still there, a sense of optimism from investors

There will still be ICOs come 2019, so I cannot say we might see any serious reduction, although, the excitement with ICO last year cannot be compared to the excitement this year, and there is no way we could have imagined if this is something that could be applicable to the trend of the market, or we are generally just seeing the years of ICO reducing.

Nonetheless, if we are to look at IPOs, we will see that new companies arise every time and we get to see the investors still popping in, which I feel would be the same case with ICOs over time and for the fact that eventually the space may get regulated.

I agree with you, in 2019 IOO will survive and be attracted by investors, only natural selection will occur to select a good and decent ico project to invest.

ICOs is our future and we need them to increase the activity in cryptocurrency. We just need to be wise enough to choose among those many projects that being launch by different developers. I'm still positive about launching ICOs can help us solve our human problems and shortcomings.

But since the market is down I notice that ICO trend drops that is why people wishing the market to have a good bitcoin price so that the ICO trend back but if the price remains at its value today it will hard for ICO to be successful and if it will continue then maybe the ICO stops but it has a very minimal chance to happen.
