I was never a fan of anonymous cryptocurrencies. I simply think that they do not have a future because imagine the power of these currencies - financing terorism or another criminal activities.
I don't know, but if the market conditions of the altcoin are good and some of the other altcoins reach ATH prices there is a possibility that XMR can go to $ 500 but I'm not sure the altcoin season will come quickly this could come next year
Indeed, for market movements it is unpredictable at all but for the rising moment of bitcoin it can generate a market to be able to grow again. and that also includes the monero who still have high hopes of going up later.

monero reaches $ 500 this year. I think it might be possible, but the chance are small, even though BTC and ETH are climbing, monero just get a little effect. the chance to reach $ 200 is still very large, there are still 7 months to prove whether monero can be accounted for by the ranks of other cryptocurrencies.
I think only if bitcoin goes to a new ATH is possible for Monero to reach 500$ but maybe is possible if a bull run will start for all crypto coins which will not happen soon in my opinion.

Actually quite a few darkmarkets were taken down in last few months. Also by far most popular coin on darkmarkets is Bitcoin. Simply because it is much easier to get and spend and there is a believe that if you are a darkmarkets user no one will go after you that police goes only after darkmarket organizers.

If BTC breaks the ATH last 2017, all those altcoins will have its price too. For Monero it may break its own ATH as well so long as BTC goes up. Those who will own BTC will see how profitable it can be to hold some other altcoin as well.

Yes, the success rate is quite low when the expected price is really too high and the reason for this is because market conditions and support resources behind the monero are too weak, it does not provide big pumps or news that have a strong influence, which makes the opportunity for monero to reach $500 almost closed.
