I think it all depends... People still strongly associate NEO with china, and china is not a crypto-friendly country lately. If China lifts its bans, I wouldn't be surprised at all if NEO skyrockets, just because of press alone. Not because any laws will actually be changed.
I like NEO, and for me personally it's already in TOP10. It's been around or almost 4 years and scope of possible applications is huge.

Yeah for me i think theres a chance tobe one of the top 10 since neo is great project and it help a lot on community.since the impact of the community support is really consider on the project like neo i think it would be.
