Still the bear market is still there but you can clearly get an idea how the market is getting better from December 2018 to March 2019 and also the trading volume of bitcoin reached more than 10B in this month more often so that is something changing right.

many people believe that the market situation will improve in the future, especially if there is a bull run.
but I think that when a bull run occurs only a portion of the coin can develop, but not with some other coins. therefore the decision returns to your belief in the coins that you hold now.

basically everything depends on what tokens you hold, if they have good potential for future growth prospects it is better to keep holding them up until the price rises higher when you get them to get a profit, but if you feel the tokens have no good potential in the future in the future you have to take the risk of loss by selling it and switching to other potential coins.
