actually it doesn't matter everyone is sure to feel confused about the current conditions, so my suggestion is to just sell all assets and convert to fiat or stable coins like tether.
according to experts, the crypto price this year will not recover quickly.

The situation in the market is going to improve the question is if you have what it takes to hold your coins until that happens, the success of cryptocurrencies is not guaranteed but there is a big chance it will happen and only those that are holding cryptocurrencies when that times comes will benefit from the growth in the price, but it is not going to be an easy journey especially with the speculators and the whales trying to move the price in their favour.

So you need to have a very clear understanding about what you can realistically achieve in the market and if you do not believe yourself capable of holding your coins for the necessary time to get profits then it could be a good idea for you to invest in something else.

we never know how the future conditions will improve or not. but in my opinion it's better to first hold the coins you have. the problem is the condition does not allow to sell now. be patient for now.

I guess you're not a trader. I don’t know how you got your coins, but I think you have them for a long time (judging by the rank on the bitcointalk). I can see from the posts that you received your first bitcoins back in 2014. Accordingly, you have their hold for a long time.
You need to define the purpose of the sale. If you just want to take your profit from cryptocurrency now, then you can simply sell. But I cant believe that your goal in this.
If you hold for so long, then just rate your coins. If you have coins of potentially dead projects that will not survive the next year, then get rid of them now. If you have good coins, then just do nothing, but just hold them further.

Holding is a last resort to make right now, and I think that's a very serious strategies to make. We see market tried to rise but it's not that early to rejoice since bearish still present at any random situations. Wait until it's the right target to hit that trigger shoot the right aim for your holding and definitely you'll be able to grab a good selling opportunity.
