This topic is misleading. You can only win commission, not earn.
Ok lets define win and earn
Definition of win
"acquire or secure as a result of a contest, conflict, bet, or other endeavor."
Definition of earn
"(of a person) obtain (money) in return for labor or services."
Or in our language obtain (bitcoin) in return for labor or services.
So, in win88 we obtain bitcoin in return of sharing the link of the site.
So is that earn or win?
(BOOM... LAWYERED!)
When I participated this affiliate CONTEST last month, the top 3 affiliates on the referral leaderboard could win some nice prizes in the prizepool, the rest of the affiliates earned almost nothing. So how is that earning? (BOOM!)
Well, if you want to get the nice prizes in the prizepool then you must "WORK" for it so that you will "EARN" big.
If you own the site, will you give reward to the people who didnt even made an effort to advertise your site? No.
and again WIN is something that you get if you joined a contest, EARN you get when you do a job/service.
We are just arguing about WIN and EARN.
As you've said,"the rest of the affiliates "EARNED" almost nothing." So its EARN. Not WIN.
(BOOM BOOM DOUBLE LAWYERED!)
Lmfao, you make no sense dude. You gotta work for almost every contest. Even if it's a small amount of work, that doesn't mean you will WIN the prize(s). Quadruple lawyered.
Ok for example. What if the top 3 participants have generated a profit of 10 btc for the site. The 4th participant generated 9 btc profit. Top 3 affiliates win atleast 0.2 BTC and the affiliate ranked 4th wins 0.01 btc. How's that fair to you?
And I say earn because many thought it was just a regular affiliate program, not contest.
Noooo.. That is not true. I calculated it before and every BTC wagered by your referrals you will get 10% of it. Maybe the 4th one that youre referring to did not wagered as much as the first 3. That is why he only got way lower than the first 3.
If you have time and if you know how to calculate, please do.
Then the affiliate program must have changed. Before, it didn't matter how much your refs wager. Only the top 3 affiliates with most wagered could win a nice prize.
If you guys need a ruler for your "personal contest" let me know - I would be happy to help with
You can't define how much somebody did, just because of his refferal earning/wins because he has just nothing to do with how much they wager or not. You can reffer 10k people somewhere and still don't get a shit because they just don't play. And you could also be very lucky to reffer somebody
you've accidently meet in chat, and and earn/win a lot because hes a highroller ...
You can say whatever you want, it could be defined as both and there are some people who have their own interpretation of some words.
IT IS a contest because there are winners every week and you could also say earn because IT IS something like a affiliate program.
But there is no given percentage like 10 % or something like that.
There was an amount of 0.6 btc which was given out per week, regarding on how much your refferals wagered COMPARED to how much the refs of the other members wagered. And your win is calculated by the percentage of the total refferal incomes for the site.
I remember one week where this amount was increased to 0.9 btc or something like that but it definitly did'nt increase with the wagered amount of the refs. Maybe they had some given wageramounts which were needed for it.
But whatever it was, it is still gone and does'nt come back until the admin will do something.
