Right no there is no way to get 'real' WINGS tokens. You will have to wait until a wallet is developped and the coin opened to exchanges (sometimes in march).
You also can purchase WINGS IOU on liqui. I wouldn't buy or advise to buy IOU tokens, but since the price isn't that high, you might want to give it a try if you really don't want to wait
)

We are just waiting for a wallet that will be released by the developer, and it will be given to all communities wings, so you have to wait testnet who are want to walk ..If you do not understand you can see the latest news from the wings ..

wings will be released in march. however if you did not convert your eggs into wings then it is too late to claim your bounty

March wings seemed to officially traded in the market, but I do not know for sure about the date for the official wing traded. 
So how many wings are allocated to testers? Might be worth the free wings since I'm invested and have been involved for nearly a year..
