I had an upwork account so all I did was to sign in and submit a Proposal. until now, I've nit gotten any response... When will potential Participants be contacted?

I was trying to create an account there when my working email is already registered. So UpWork is the old Odesk I guess? Luckily I tried registering there few years ago although I never used it and I don't know how the system works.
So how I know if i'm accepted? Will there be a message in Upwork or an email? It is my first time experience on upwork as well, and i guess we just need to wait for email instructions after submitting proposal
Well when I signed up and just filled my profile, someone asked me a job order because of my IT background. I mean wow I will have an interview and boy I miss those work of maintaining servers.

I think for people who donated we will upload your emails and you will get an email (you won't get $25 bucks though), but you can still earn some WINGS. This is more to allow other people to participate but without creating multiple accounts giving us bad data...

Hi I also reactivated my old odesk account, downloaded a upwork app but for some reason I cant submit to this work, dont know why, never really used it before. Hope it will work out next week.

creating account in upwork is pain in head.
because we do not want people creating multiple accounts and it is easier, less time.
donors can participate as well as their emails will be imported into the test system, however only people who go through upwork will receive the $25
