I don't think they would even reach 2500 Bitcoin. But if good that they would be launching wings platform in any case. In January, after the launch of 2-3 dao s from Wings, they would further develop the platform capabilities.

U do realize this ICO is 90% self-funded, right

Yes, devs have said several times that the platform can be released with the amount collected so far.

DO anyone have any theory behind low interest invesotrs have shown in ICO in this last quarter of the year, most of the on going ICO have struggled to raise enough fund when compared to the 3rd quarter ICOs

Yes, devs have said several times that the platform can be released with the amount collected so far.

That is good to hear, had also in mind there is a 5000 BTC minimum.

I'm fairly sure they answered this already and said they would do what they can with whatever money is raised. As to another crowdfund - that will be up to WINGS token holders after launch.

Let's face it majority in BCT are looking for bounty opportunities. I have cited an example of bounty distribution that is not favorable to participants (lesser bounty in hand).
