Government is meant to provide enabling environment for businesses to thrive therefore you are indirectly enjoying some of the basic infrastructures provided by the same government, firstly your popcorn is powered by electricity and you can communicate effectively with your customers via mobile phone etc, thus government provision of those basic infrastructures will trigger Small Medium Enterprise to emerge in many locations thus create employment opportunities just like how you employed some people into your popcorn business imagine the number of people that will be gainfully employed if these businesses thrive in different locations across the country

If we base only on title then you are right but his point mostly is about the jobs or business that the government ain't helping like the OP cant feel the government when he put up business which I think he want some sort of support financially or in promotion. I would be difficult if there are no government for sure it is chaotic. Also we just cant feel that they are providing jobs but they are by having investors from other countries which can generate jobs

Yes, higher education gives confidence in the future.
But the fact is that many people perceive higher education as protection. They don't think about earning money, they just study in order to do something now.
Unfortunately, I was like that at university. I was told to study - I studied, absolutely not thinking about earning. But it was possible to start thinking about your business even then.

That's good because you have a plan as opposed to waiting for the government to work things out, everyone has a responsibility and ideally we should have the ability to solve it ourselves. There are many ways we can do to make our finances better and the simplicity of the business you do is one way that many people can do.Starting a small business is far better than doing nothing to stave off unproductive old age. Our lives do not depend on other people or the government, but the presence of both can help us achieve the business we run, the government provides access to security and a proper place is an obligation, while relationships are people who will encourage our business to grow.

well i guess you are right. Because after all that can change our situation is only ourselves. we cannot always just expect help from other people including from the government. we must have a strong stance and must be able to build everything independently. But that doesn't mean we don't need the help of other people or the government. Of course in one case we need the government and other people. but if it is related to our career and business then we are the ones who fight for it ourselves. we are the ones who have to build it patiently from the bottom. We can't expect other people to change our life. but we are in full control and responsible for what happens to us. then being independent, working hard and never giving up is something that everyone needs to build a strong and opinionated personality. 
Whether you can survive without a government job or not, it usually depends on the individual's own mindset. But in my opinion doing my own small business is a better decision than government jo no one has to be in control here. Better to trade if you can afford it. Many more will find job resources from your organization if you are doing a job, it is very important that you are doing a job at which level, you have to do such a job in which your promotion. There are plenty of benefits in working in government especially once they retire. Though it will depend on what job is being offered to. The benefits will depend on what country we are and job will depend on what place we lived in, sometimes only those who are close to the politicians in position got a chance to get hired in government. I don't know brother from which country you are writing but in the context of my country government jobs are invaluable gems for the people of our country. I have also seen people who spend their lives only chasing government jobs. Only government jobs are valuable to them. From childhood, we have only one dream that when we grow up we have to do government jobs. If you don't do government jobs, you won't find your value among people. Even in our country government service is so valued that when looking for a girl for marriage, the girl's father first asks if the boy is in government service. But it never enters their mind that one can live well or manage a family well without doing a government job. If the entire people of a country work in government jobs, then who will work in other important positions of the country. But we are much better off without government jobs.
