Very unfortunate but what I see is that most of us looking for a high-paying job that only has a few spots open while ignoring others which is apparently a good starts up while waiting. Why we should waste our time waiting for the government if there is another way in the first place?

In my country it is also like that, many people are independent without jobs from the government. It's not that they don't want to work under the government, but the government doesn't provide many jobs. On the contrary, ordinary people and foreign nationals are the ones providing the most jobs, such as opening restaurants, shoe factories and farms.
So where is the government actually? I don't understand either, but the most important thing is that we have to be independent, because now I'm also opening my own business, even though it's not big yet, I'm proud of my current achievements.

And hopefully in the future I hope the government can be more aware of a sense of justice and a sense of advancing its people.

In the long run, I see no future for the youth of my country. But we also can't do anything else because as long as someone stands up against it, that person will hardly survive.

Well, we are hoping for the government to work hard and create jobs for us but because thousands of individuals are in need every year, I couldn't really think of how to do that. That is why whether we like it or not, many people become jobless and it continues to grow if we keep reliant on the government and so we have to change that kind of mindset, we also have to help ourselves find a job without the help of the government. Besides, there are a lot of private institutions that also need workers (online or offline) for sure we have some room for them rather than being reliant on the government's aid.

Here you need to look from a different angle.It happens that a person loses his job and the state provides guarantees that he will find a job of the same or another similar one.But each country has its own situation, I cannot speak for everyone. Jobs are optional. Not everyone is able to make a balance between jobs from the government, from the private sector, and also from personal, in my opinion there should still be. it is good if we become entrepreneurs, but not everyone is capable. If they are still working with the government, then let it be, there are indeed a number of places that need people who work in the government or jobs created by the government, to serve society in general and share other jobs. so in my opinion, as long as you are still working, wherever you are, whether working for someone or the government or working alone it is not a big problem.

If you are a student or about to finish, please add skills to yourself, it will help you and excepmt your self from the usuall job hunting. I am not sure which country you are coming from but if you are not from US, UK, Canada, or developed European countries, you will only suffer for Job after school and when you don't have alternative skill, it will later be a regret for not having any way to earn after school. It is even better to have the skills at hand, if you have the job, that is fine and if you don't, there will be something tangible you can hold onto and you will be about starting early.

At a point government is not ensuring that employment opportunities because they believe that anyone who finds it self in university is creative to make it living easier, what I believe in people is that we don't need depends with government either good or bad, I believe that government can our remember the poor when someone who people has her people rule, let us be creative and safe employ, it will give us chance of becoming more richer than working under section and subsection of government.

that is a very good step because actually college graduates cannot guarantee that we will get a decent job, the main goal of schools and even going to college is not to get a job but to study there are thousands of graduates of higher education because of that competition to get a job isn't it? is an easy thing, not even a few people use "dirty ways" to get a job

The government's role has indirectly provided security around your place of business, you can never survive if access to where is not guaranteed by them, so indirectly the government's role has been going according to what you don't know. If the government has to provide all jobs for the people, then I don't think they will be able to do it and their task is not only in this area, but providing a sense of security and access for us to open a business is enough.

The role of individuals is also very decisive in finding ways to create jobs, both business as you run and other jobs that we can do according to skills, waiting for full access from the government will make us late to start and we cannot fully depend on access such as This, if life wants to be better then make changes that start from small things.

It's true that even after graduating from university, we don't guarantee ourselves that we will get a good job because there are fewer and fewer jobs every day, sometimes we have to start from our own business without waiting for jobs from the government, we can make already selling and other things while getting the best job.

Government job is not necessary because nowadays there are lots of people who don't have any government job but they are still alive. People prefer government job but I don't think that a person is depended on government job.

In some countries there are limitations of age for government job therefore if a person is jobless so before reaching certain age he can try to get another job or he can also setup a business. Nowadays there are so many individuals who don't have government job and they are involved in other alternatives ways still they get huge amount of income.

Government job is best opportunity for everyone to live their life happily but as there are lack of job so a person should not waste a time and should engage in something other to get benefit from it.
