i agree with @iv4n on this one. AML have nothing to with this. the reason why not all casinos have a swap feature is because it's not as simple to add as you may think.
for small casinos at least, managing liquidity for multiple coins + the house bankroll adds complexity, costs, and dev hours that could be spent on better features to grow the brand. all that makes the small revenue from the swap fees not worth it from a business point of view.

You are right but there is always a way casinos can go about this and they won't have to put their money in the token..

Secondly, casinos usually have a lot of users, and when they open deposit and withdrawal for a token, it's likely that a good percentage of their users will be depositing in that token, and not all of this users will ask withdrawal at the same time.
So, if incase a gambler win huge and he's been paid with the token, the casino can process the payment using other users funds in same token, after all, most of this users will lose that token to the casino in the end.

Meme coin ecosystem actually grew up a lot since the last market cycle. Previous cycles, there is Dogecoin, but in 2020 - 2021 market bull run, there is a Shiba Inu, and with time another big name appears PEPE.
