Wolf.bet refuses to payout earned commission: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wolfbet-commission-withdraw-5473231  Angry

I just read in the quoted thread you opened about this issue that in the end you have been paid you affiliate commissions : I think it would be fair on your side to update your quoted post because now that everything has been sorted out it is misleading.

As always, when people encounter issues they are quick to share them, but not so many people like to share some nice words. Anyway, it wasn't like Wolf refused to pay, it was more a small misunderstanding about the minimum withdrawal amount... I guess we can praise the Wolf representative, although they are not very active here, they reacted to this problem quite quickly and solved it.

Because they are using the scam accusation to speed up the process on recovering their funds especially if the support is not escalating the issue properly. I have a good experience with wolfbet but I understand the move of the user since he just want to claim his earnings through referral.

This little commotion benefits wolfbet too since they show how responsible they are by solving the issue here in the forum despite they are not frequently active here.
I dont know if its really that totally wise on making or having these kind of issues to be acting as a marketing? It does create instead some sort of problem or taint of reputation instead on having that kind of exposure which i dont see for any company would re ally be liking this way. It is really just that normal that they would really be trying out to resolve issues as much as they could at the same time
when things gets resolved then expect that it would really be creating out that kind of image that they are really that attentive on solving out problems.

I've been wary about Wolf.bet reputation which we know that they've been here on this market for a while now and its true that even they arent that active into this forum but still they are operating and still have
users which plays on them. Speaking about issues happen and to those people who do make out some scam accusations and posting up on possible places on which they could possibly do
then its normal but they should really be that also responsible on trying out to delete or inform that the issue has been resolved already.

Those are ungrateful people and usually they do this then leave without settling up the mess they made on their thread. But since it was been fixed and there are people know about the update of that case then I think its fine. Now it just show the attitude of that person since they are just going after the money he can take from them and he's not grateful to much on the representative that working out to solve his issue and get his compensation on his referrals made.

But now its fine to forget an issue and those people who read the statements of people can praise the representative to their effort to help this user to get his requested funds. For sure they gain plus points for doing that since for sure many people got impressed about the quick action they made.

I've been asked for KYC. Sent documents at 22nd September, and still waiting to be able to withdraw money. To be honest, I didn't expect this from them.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please PM me your Wolf.Bet username?

Sometimes, these casinos take a while to have your KYC documents verified, so it looks like you are going to have to wait a little more. My question is, did they give you ETA (The approximate time they expect your submitted KYC documents to have been verified by their team)?

Yep, it is more like cashback on losses. And they should consider my loss as a real one as the GOSU anniversary reward meant to be sent to our Bitcoin address directly.

First of all, I am sorry for your loss. I think you can verify it by checking your deposit history. if they sent the amount through your BTC address, the history should be available in your transaction.
If it is not available in your deposit history, that means you received the money like free bonuses ( i.e tips, rains, race prizes etc). As far as I know, Wolf doesn't count free money for weekly bonuses. But your wagers will be counted and you should receive some rakeback for your wagers.

Bonus codes are mainly loss-back based, wolf accounts for the gameplay from the last 7 days and based on that grant a code.
Wager is not important at all for the weekly bonus code.

~ Is there something in their ToS about this, or it's just about you?
There is nothing in the Wolf ToS about the weekly bonus. Probably their bonus system works in this way, which is indeed strange.

Something different might be different if you withdrew the reward first then make a deposit with what you have just withdrew
Actually I was down to $70 from the $2k reward with unexpected losing streaks. I had recovered a good amount from that remaining $70 and made some withdrawals, but I lost it all back again by making redeposit. So, the deposit excuse won't be valid from them.

Sounds like the bonus is more like a cashback on losses vs an actual reward.

Wolf.bet weekly bonus system is a bit tricky. They said I'm not eligible for the weekly bonus as my weekly PnL is near to zero. But I have wagered $50k in that week. I had also lost $2k in that week which I had received from BTCGOSU anniversary giveaway. They don't want to consider the giveaway reward as a loss.

Something different might be different if you withdrew the reward first then make a deposit with what you have just withdrew.
Of course it is something a bit weird as once you received the money in your account, it is your money and it should be counted towards anything related in their bonus system.
I'm not really sure if it is how the system works in wolf or is it a bug in their system as it sounds not really fair if you lose your own money but it is not counted into the bonus system.

Sounds like the bonus is more like a cashback on losses vs an actual reward. Still better than nothing, but if i'm choosing which casino to play at i'm looking for a casino that gives bonuses based on wager.

Wolf.bet may do that and maybe we are misunderstanding, so I don't want players to think i'm saying wolf.bet is bad. I've never had any issues when playing there and the owner is a joy to deal with.

This is really bad considering the wager you put and your total loss. You can have a decent reward from cashback from different casino that offers 10% to 20% of your total loss plus your total wager. I don’t know what is the full extent of wolf.bet vip since they have a high wagr volume to unlock the first level of VIP.

I was about to lose too all my rewards on the competition since I was down to almost 20% of my bankroll. I just manage to bounce back and hit consecutive win. I just hope that you will get a better compensation with that kind of loss.

It seems like the best option was to withdraw the entire prize... which I did after losing a nice amount. The withdrawal was processed quickly, so I can't make any complaints. Smiley

As I understand, they don't consider your loss and wagering with the money you got from the BTCGosu giveaway. Cash is cash, but as I know all casinos have some kind of policies when it comes to giveaways/bonuses/promotions... I guess it would be nice to hear what Wolf has to say, why they didn't count this wagering and loss? Is there something in their ToS about this, or it's just about you? Wolf doesn't have so many promotions of this kind, so it's a bit (if not more) strange that they didn't count your playing with the prizes we got.

I have a nice time playing on wolf casino using my reward money from the contest by BTCGOSU. I play tons of slot games and house game (Hi-Lo) that gives me a lot of ups and down on my balance. I manage to get a medium profit at some point to be back on profit side after winning a huge win on pragmatic slot. I withdraw my funds instantly without any problem.

Some extra comment: I was supposed to play Blackjack on eveolution gaming but the minimum bet was 50$ which is pretty high for a normal player like me. I wonder if there’s a plan in the future to add low minimum bet table or atleast add the first person blackjack in evolution or house BJ.

Thank you very much BTCGosu x Wolf.bet for this amazing giveaway!
