No casino will give back all the amount of house edge commission. Though this calculation is based on house edge. Maybe the user have made good profit or lost more amount in his game.
I never said casino must give all house edge to their player, this is how casino make profit, why they need to give free money to all of their user? That was just a rough guessing, we don't know what exactly will happen with the result of VIP wheel since it's totally random.

Every strategy works till you bust with it.
I agree except for a strategy where player quit after winning a certain amount. This way that player's bankroll won't be busted.
When I setup a strategy I will always ensure I can handle (multiplier x 10) red streak but even that isn't safe enough. The longer you roll the bigger the chance you will bust. Best thing to do is just a big yolo bet instead of 1000's smaller bets but one bet isn't that much fun.
Well, you just narrow down the risk to 50% either win or lose no ifs' not buts' but simply give or take. I imagine how's the player emotion would be if he yolo'ed his bankroll in one go. Possibly, a mixed emotion of excitement and anxiety during those moments where the dice is rolling or probably before he click the roll botton.
