Bisq is a Bitcoin Fiat Dex. Use responsibly
Some ICOs do pay in cash... they are rare these days due to the bear market and the difficulty in raising funds. The idea is that you share the risk with them when you get paid in their tokens. This is why it is important to choose a good and unique projects with potential to be successful.

Learn to study a project before participating in a bounty, If you can't trade the projects token for your fiat currency or something valuable to you then it is not worth your time.
Bitcoin deveopers used bitcoin as real currency in its early stage of development. They valued it and traded it amongst themselves.

Of course it is possible, but it will not happen, because it is extremely beneficial for companies to pay their expenses with their own tokens. Thus, they are virtually free to promote their product and insured against loss in case of failure. In addition, if they paid with money, they would be forced to pay all the necessary taxes and keep financial statements, which greatly complicates the development of the business.

It's not just that they don't have any cash to pay for it, but there are legal implications as well. It is considered taxable income, also bounty hunters are from all over the world so it's easier to give out tokens instead

I stand with Ukraine.
It would certainly be cool if the payment were in cash, I'm only for, but unfortunately, this is the world of cryptocurrency!

In order to make bounty hunters happy, the payments shouldn't be necessarily in cash. They just shouldn't be in some useless tokens, or maybe in not entirely useless but very cheep so that bounty hunters end up being paid $10 worth of tokens for two months' work.  We can still do that remaining committed to crypto, only the coins for the payment, or at least for a partial payment, have to be chosen from the established coins, like BTC, ETH, LTC, XMR etc. BTC would be the best choice imo.

I don't think it is possible paying bounty hunters using a cash instead of token because most of the participants must have their own distributed tokens as a sign of being part of the launched currency. And what I think is they don't pay cash because of they know that the value of their currency is not the same at the given rewards for the bounty hunters.

Maybe this looks funny because it uses the Blockchain system. We will make coin purchases, of course not using cash. From the cash that we deposited to the Bank, we deposited it again to the stock exchange. And this is the procedure that happened in my country and what I have experienced so far. But if it's with other people or other countries.

There are a number of reasons that not many projects use bounty hunter payments. One of them is they (the Project) do not want to spend money to do that, because they make a sale to make money. Even though using the proceeds of sales or personal funds is certainly very good in the future, keep the price of the token falling because the bounty hunter is always blamed when the price is dumped.

It is profitable for the project to pay its participants with tokens also due to the fact that at least they thereby distribute their tokens, but of course on the other hand bounty hunters sell their tokens and thereby allegedly cause a drop in prices.

If they pay with cash, where will they get the money? will take from ico funds Huh it is very unlikely, in my opinion paying bounty participants with tokens is better because it can increase volume on market

Probably because the project does not have enough fund or did not allocate fund for the bounty. This the only reason why they dont use real money over token.

This would be a much better solution for everybody. Hunters will get paid with something more valuable than a new token without any real value and developers will be able to avoid price dumping after the first exchange listing. It is a win win situation and I still cannot get why projects are still doing the same.

People who make an ICO have no money, so they launch it to raise funds, so it would hardly be possible!

Why not? I have seen many paid campaigns with BTC and ETH. But most of it is for signature campaigns only, I hope to see some bounties launched with ETH and BTC payments.

I think there is no project will pay bounty hunters with cash. The reason is their first goals is to collect money from ICO. They will lose so much money if they pay with cash. There is fee with every transaction so the best way is to pay with their own token.

In my opinion, if the ICO and the product succeed, of course, the tokens that you will receive will be able to make a big profit!

It's very simple, because it is a cryptocurrency world and there is not cash. Payment is made only in digital currency. Basically, these are the tokens of the project, which is conducted by the bounty campaign. But sometimes you get paid for job to the more solid cryptocurrency - Ethereum or Bitcoin.

Because the ICO is held to raise funds for the development of the project. And the promotion of tokens and their purchase/sale on the exchange gives them real value. In addition, payments in dollars would be much lower than the tokens of a promising project. Many thanks to the fact that they received payment in the token projects, earned millions of dollars.

The essence of paying the bounty hunters in tokens is for them to have many wallets and users for the token so as to attract future investors to the project. It also aids more adoption of the token.
