Sometimes i use to ask why is it not possible to be paid bounty money in cash why is it alway's that is only paid in token anybody that can explain more please?

It is possible especially for projects that are already treading, they shouldn't have much issues but for projects on ICO it might be difficult and not even a good idea if the project owners don't have money for the project but depends on the returns from ICO

I think that campaigns will not do this for one simple reason. It seems to me that it would be more profitable for them to have their tokens to have a large distribution among the participants.

Mate, i do not see that coming. This is cryptocurrency and it is meant to serve as an alternative to the traditional system of transaction, which is mainly fiat. Paying in cash or fiat might nullify the main purpose of cryptocurrency. So if any bounty hunter wil be paid, it should still be in form of cryptocurrency, which might not necessary be the project's token, but an already established coin, such as ethereum or bitcoin.

Is impossible and maybe never happens, The only one thing is possible if they paid us with valuable cryptos like ETH, BTC, or USDT but unfortunately is quite difficult to find bounty like that. If there one exist, this bounty will quickly full of participants on a short time...

Join @Bountycloud for the best bounties!
Yes it is possible but they won't do it. They wanted to advertise their coins and also to increase their funds. But definitely it will be better if they fund us with Bitcoin

Why, then, do all this, the project is created initially to create tokens and a platform with a work product. And so it turns out the type of deposit in the bank, because the meaning of the idea is lost.

Paying bounty hunters in cash other than token wouldn't be a bad idea but I think that why they pay in token is also an avenue for them to promote their project.

I hope that such experience we will be able to use soon. But even in tokens we can earn a lot! For example Saturn Bounty - there run 2 campaigns at one time!

No, not cash. Paying in cash will eat up a lot of conversion fees. I would go with some stable coins.

I believe that this method turns out to be the most convenient and profitable for the development of new ICO projects. It seems to me that this option is the safest and most beneficial for each side of cooperation. An effective way to promote and advertise your project in the community.

I think that is one of the ways to actively involve you in their project. If they pay you in cash then you have nothing to lose if the project does  not become successful. But for us to responsible and put in much effort for a successful project that is why we are most at times rewarded with tokens.
If not pay by token but cash then it would be better for hunter like me but not for the one who are responsible on the project. Tokens are being reward because they have to introduced it on the market. Only investors would used the tokens for sure and cash would be smaller than we could get when the token get high price in the market.

I dont think it makes sense to pay bounty participants with cash or btc/eth instead of the token of the ico they just advertise for, it would mostly cost the ico more money to pay in cash or btc while they can pay you in the crypto you actually worked for and wont cost them much
Yes I agree with this. There is absolutely no sense in trying to pay hunters with cash. There are so many hunters who takes part in Bounty campaign from all over the world and and even in some of those Countries they do not accept Cryptocurrency or rather the Blockchain technology and there are restrictions there. Also there will be some many paper work involve as well in collaboration with our traditional Bank. This is Cryptocurrency and I think it is 💯 alright to pay hunters with the respective tokens involved and not with cash the will also make such ICO to liquidate.

ChangeNOW. Non-custodial and limitless exchange.
Why would bounty hosts pay in cash? The key point of a bounty is to spread brand awareness and increase the holder amount for a token/coin. Besides, can you imagine how much money a successful bounty would have to dump in order to pay every hunter? A lot.

Not possible mate. I don't think it's a good idea to get paid in cash and no developer will ever do this nor any bounty manager would suggest. However, eth and bitcoin payment are good and few projects have already paying btc and eth. Some of yahoo's signature campaigns paid in btc which is great.

Why would they when bounty hunters are accepting their token, it's cost effective no out of the pocket, and they will support the project until it reaches the market, it's a win solution for developers bu bounty hunters will have to wait for months to get paid that is if it will get into the market.

It is not in the interest of the ICOs to pay in Fiat when they can pay in shitcoins. They are raising funds for their activities
and do not want to give that to hunters. There are projects which pays in Fiat of BTC, ETH. Such projects are usually
overloaded.

This Is Promissing Project
That's right, I also wondered like that, maybe if we were paid in cash, we would be more enthusiastic in promoting the ICO, and also prevent the disappointment of the bounty hunters for a scam on the project

Because projects need to be mobilized, they can only use the token they create, which is later valuable to pay you. Because it is difficult for them to make sure ICO is successful or not, if using Cash, it will be very risky.
