I think burnin packaged so much he could and brought it to post office, now he has a long night to ship the rest. Or can it be that he mentioned that he pays someone to package and ship the miner?
I'm not sure but I think he mentioned that everything is outsourced so far.

1. get firmware .hex file and PIC32UBL.exe on windows (or pic32prog under Linux).
2. Preparations: Switch off PSU and remove all cables from BitBurner XX
3. connect Micro-USB cable to PC and start PIC32UBL.exe
4. in the communications section select USB, VID:0x4D8 PID: 0x0C3
5. switch on Power suppy and connect power and usb (hot-plug is possible, but not required)
6. While the red LED is blinking click "Connect"
7. click "load hex file" and select the firmware .hex
8. click "Erase-Program-Verify"
9. click "run application"
10. disconnect USB Cable
11. head on to the next board, or power cycle the whole cluster when done.

The maximum allowed temperature for the boards is 75°C.
The Temperature difference between board and chip core is about 10°C.
