My point of view with regards to this issue is that working abroad is the hardest decision that we will do in our life because your gonna be away to your family. But we consider it as a good opportunity for us because we could be able to earn money to support the needs and give a better future for our family.
Working abroad is truly a lot of sacrifice. No one will take good care of you in another country if you got sick.
Working abroad is not a joke, I believe everyone of us has an idea how it goes. Its hard to deal with other nationalities because different character,culture,religion and especially language. If you want to work abroad, you should be brave because number you will be far from your loved ones and number 2 its different country its not them as your own country.
indeed it is a sacrifice, you have to stay away from your motherland where you were born and raised, Then you have to leave your all loved ones. you won't be able to share your life with them anymore. So it is a sacrifice, it is pathetic..

In our country (Philippines) we called those who are working abroad a HERO because they sacrifice a lot just to give support to their family back home. This is really a great help when planning to work to other country. I am not fan of working on a foreign country, I am not sure if can handle it. Also, I cannot leave my families here as well as my friends, that's why I am doing my best to make a living here on my own country.

Working abroad is a very hard sacrifice thats we can do to our loved ones. Being alone in a country with different culture and different belief is hard for a stranger but we need to surpass these things for our family. We need to be emotionally strong as we work abroad and earn for our family's better living. It may be hard but it is a great accomplishment for us.
Sometimes you need to make a very hard decision even if it means breaking your heart. Yes, there is a sacrifice but think of the good cause that it will give your family. They can have a decent life and finish their studies or buy things they want. It's hard but it is worth it.
In my country (I was born in Nepal, although I became an Indian citizen later), working abroad has almost become a norm. Some one-third to a half of all the adults are working abroad, in countries such as India, Malaysia, GCC nations (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait.etc), and Thailand. The government has failed to provide employment options back home, so we are forced to travel abroad.
Our life being an Overseas Filipino Workers is never been relaxed and easy. Why? Since we have to take the risk and sacrifices in leaving our family and friends behind to work in a foreign land thousands of miles away from home. Searching to find much higher salary to support the daily needs of our family and gives a better future for them. Some of us are parents, who are not able to take good care of our children because we are thousands miles away from them. As we stay in the country that we are working, we need to adjust ourselves to almost everything. Like language, our way of living, culture, costumes and foods. And we need to set aside our beliefs and values in life that we practice when we are still a small kid until we are growing older.
