I had an opportunity to buy Bitcoin when it was single digits, but I opted to wait and buy some time later losing that opportunity. A loss of crypto always bothered me 100x more than the loss of dollars

The worst mistake I've done is I bought when Bitcoin was at 1200$ and sold at when it was 180$. Ok, that's 2 different mistakes actually. But the point is I'm very bad at trading Bitcoin. Cheesy
I stopped trading and use buy-hold strategy, since then I accumulated more coins in my stash.

1200 USD is the peak and 180 is the near bottom since the Bitcoin bubble. You buy and sold you Bitcoin at the worst time. Indeed, if this is true, you are very bad at trading Bitcoin. Holding bitcoin for long term and dont be scared by the value should be the best choice for you. I hope you will secure your stash as it sound like it is a lot.

Like I said in my post these 2 mistakes are different. I used to trade Bitcoin very actively. I had great buy and sell orders where I profited a lot of coins. These 2 extreme points show us how hard Bitcoin trading is. Smiley

I couldn't have sold my bitcoins when the price was 1200$. Still... I did it when the price was 900$

I was cautious since the beginning so no big loss here.

Actually I made two common mistakes. In the first case I sent money to the wrong address, but the generous man sent them back. And the second was when I wrote wrong fee amount. So, people be careful really!!

What wallet are you using, i am using coinbase and never ever mind for tx fee.

I wrote too small fee and transaction was going too slowly. I used hive

I saw many transaction that if you put low fee and the tx get not confirmed the funds are sent back to the sender, so don't worry Smiley wait always for 1 confirmation, to avoid any mistakes.

Going onto one of those produce your random private key places online and using the key. All funds got transferred to another address as soon as the transaction got confirmed.

playing investing in hyip and I tried my first direct investment with a fairly large value, then they scam  Angry

That's the reason why hyip = gamble. Both are high risk and not sure what would come out.
Playing hyip same as you throw your money. You will think that you have a strategy to play hyip. But in the end you are too greedy to control yourself because the seductive profit.
