As far as I remember, Vitalik was not going to leave his project, he said about the fact that even if he leaves the project, nothing will change and Ethereum will be able to further develop!

However, even if that had happened, then, as Buterin himself said, the ethereum project is able to exist and develop without it. This coin already exists not the first year and in the presence of a stable team, it will continue to exist.

It won't change anything, because Ethereum won't loose anything when Buterin goes. There is a great team behind this project, that are working every day to make this blockchain better and more user friendly.

Vitalik is the number one factor of Ethereum. So if he will going to leave Ethereum would really going to affect the current status of Ethereum. But it's not only Vitalik who made the Ethereum great it's the whole team who worked behind it. So we will be sure that Ethereum will always find it's way to make it success. And personally I think Vitalik wouldn't going to leave the Ethereum. Let's hope for it.

Leaving Buterin from the team (if this happens) will lower the course of Ethereum very much. As the news about x-Rapid raised the rate of Ripple 2 times in a falling market, so the news about Buterin will work, only with a minus sign.
Vitalik did great job to get ETH rolling and he's definitely a person we can trust and a great developer. But i'm gonna support ETH even without him being a part of developers team. ETH is a strong coin with big future, so why don't invest in it?
Vitallik might have done a lot in the development of ethereum but the truth remains that he does not have Monopoly of knowledge as far as the development of ethereum is concerned . Steve Jobs died but apple remained so it will be with ethereum even the co founder decides to leave for Google as removed. Ethereum will survive and my trust will not diminish one bit.

If Vitalik Buterin leaves ETH-this may mean that the scam project. Because people believe in the product, believe in the team and believe in the future with ETH. You can't give up half the distance.
