these days the hosting service has gone down. no response like before
i am sitting on almost 1 month of no mining with no remote access. 2 Hosted A2 miners with reduced mining and no remote access.
I have Spent over 50 BTC and this is the customer service I get
Been one of the first customer but getting frustrated. i have purchased severl miners but right now with declining profit and no access to miner
is FRUSTRATING.
This is not how old customers are treated. Paid over the market price only to be sure that quality was being provided. But that seems to be fading away

The only offer at the moment seems to be to swap any A1 miners for the equivalent hash rate of S3+ in a more reliable hosting location.
However after proposing the plan Mr Lee has gone quiet.

With s3+ you can change the freq in the conf remotely to overclock it easily to 500 ghs

i am considering to exchange the a1 miner in our old data center (unstable one ) to the new s3 in our chengdu data center(stable one )
if i use two brand new s3+ to exchange for one a1 miner,
is it fair?
