I agree. Their comunication is very bad. When you  submit a down miner form they should be replying to your email saying what the problem is but we hear nothing at all.
the employee they talk about should be on this forum as well giving updates ?
My miners have been down over 8 hrs now. Submited form 3 times.. no answer and still down.
They are rented out as well so i will have to refund the rentals now. This is getting bad again ...

Maybe it's a good idea to monitor the miners constantly instead of responding to notices?

Lee. Reporting thru the form on the website does nothing at times. Ive reported many times thru that form and on skype with no answer or results.

My miner was up for a while now and then but its again offline since 12hours. Total downtime is a lot.

Data center Maintenance announcement

Got information from data center, they will proceed yearly maintenance this week. it will be a big one, many apartment on high voltage supply system will be replaced with brand new one(they finally decide to do so after we complained many times .
The maintenance will proceed on daytime.  The power will be usually cut off on 9:00 AM(GMT+8) and restore on 6:00 PM(GMT+8), it will last for 3-7 days according to plan.
The all s3 in xuzhou data center will be affected today and half of A1 will be affected tomorrow.
i will record the downtime of miners and compensate any part that exceed 48 hours

As you can see, it is hard to reach ROI, unless you are very good at mining and have some track to increase mining earning or you can sell bitcoin locally at high price or you have confidence that the price of bitcoin can reach 600$ again, otherwise you should stay away from this deal.
