In the Lee Group SilverFish-28 Guide the second post now has some helpful troubleshooting if you are not getting consistent hashing that has helped some. Currently testing one other method, but it is early in testing but has promise.
Also as part of the lee groupif you are on the edge on buying hardware I will be offering one on one with products over Skype/team-viewer I have that the Lee Group offers. I am willing to talk to you, show product interface, talk about my personal experience and settings if wanted. It can be offered on the following products:
- Dragon 1T(A1 1T)
- A2-30M
- SilverFish-28M

the power supply is cut currently in simple new data center, all miner is offline now, sorry on this issue, that is why i need set the promised offline time as 48 hours in this new data center, where we donot have back up generator and the power supply is not as stable as professinal data center
but based on previous experience, this thing is rare, probably happened one or two times per month and last 2-4 hours

the hosted dragon 1T miner was sold out currently, the delivery miner is available and i can ship it out within 48 hours after payment

I understand hosting fee will be broken down per days?
like $6 something per day or so in the case of Professional hosting option

I was wondering about this earlier. when I bought, the hosting was 225 usd per miner per month. Now its quoted as 185. Does this mean I will only pay the 185/ how many weeks that is in place?
all the host fee in professinal data center will adjust to 185$ from next round, i mean from 21 Jun:)

all the dragon that have been paid is online now, and because the temperature is a little high in this simple dc, so i have to move out some miners to make sure the temperature is fine in this data center, and thus no hosted miner is currently available right now

nice. where is support?
I just pm or email pcfli with what is wrong and he gets an engineer to look at and deal with.
I believe they have someone in the data centres 24/7, so engineers on a rota perhaps?

I bought in previous round and my miners were up and running within 16 hrs. Considering that was a sunday, and the time difference I was very pleased.
Support in my experience are very quick to fix issues, again taking into account the time difference (i'm in UK).

For last 24 hours my 28-mh miner is running without any problem. I am getting more than 30 mh.
