Good gravy, just because a rate is posted doesn't mean people are being accepted. I still need that for when I calculate.

What actually makes you think that a posted rate means that they are accepting? A member can apply, but probably not be accepted. Their rate remains posted anyways.

So please, learn from this experience.

So in short: You cannot send before Monday, but you can during Monday or Tuesday.

I'm giving 2 days for the NEXT TWO WEEKS, so everyone can understand what the new system is going to entail. After that, it's back to Tuesday PMs only.

It will be much better that we only send pm on tuesday according to forum time, and payout will be on wednesday or thursday so there will be no chaos. like before.
