Ok so due to the implementation of the new PM-count system, it would be preferred if everyone could have their requested amounts in before 7:00pm UTC on Tuesday,

I find this confusing.  We are asked to send the PM before 19:00 UTC on Tuesday, but ...

Quote
but you may send your amounts on Monday, or up to 12:00pm UTC.

we can send them as early as 12:00 Monday, ...

Quote
Requests (unless with good reason) will not be accepted earlier than Monday 7:00pm UTC.

but not earlier than 19:00 Monday?!  Can you clarify this paragraph?  Perhaps simply define the window in which you accept requests: from HH:MM DD to HH:MM DD.  Also, can I suggest you use the 24 hour notation, am/pm just adds confusion (especially when you're mentioning a 12), IMHO.

We also request that you do not constantly post within a foreign language catagory, such as Español or Francais. It is not very helpful, as fluent-English-speakers are not necessarily common in said categories, and the companies promotes their products in English. As long as you post in English-sections often too, feel free to post in foreign language sections. I am not a discriminating fellow. I apologize for any inconvenience.

This statement is not completely true, and it's an hard point for who is accustomed to post only/mainly in other languages. In fact lots of italian peoples that are watching only italian board are capable to understand most of english, especially if it's asic related (specs, prices, etc..). I post mostly in italian, but i also think that italian users can make even a little more of clicks, instead of less. If you want to make an experiment just drop me in PM a controlled link (bitly for instance) that allows to track unique visits Wink
Thank you for the explanation!

I officially revoke the statement about foreign languages.

I'll consider sending a link, but I think that you're quite trustworthy. I'll go locate a software such as bitly (Or very well bitly) and consider if it's necessary.

Is the OP updated with latest payout details ?
No, but I have the latest payout details in the spreadsheet I linked to.

The OP will be updated soon enough, don't worry.

And for new members joining, PM the OP about it, because he's technically already over the max he had set, although it's only by about 3 people. I think he'll be lenient with anyone above member status, but don't ask me. I have no idea.

Looks like OP is not yet updated. It is still showing old payout details...

Ok so due to the implementation of the new PM-count system, it would be preferred if everyone could have their requested amounts in before 7:00pm UTC on Tuesday, but you may send your amounts on Monday, or up to 12:00pm UTC. Requests (unless with good reason) will not be accepted earlier than Monday 7:00pm UTC. The date you send it in will also be tallied in the calculation, so that we can make sure that everything works out.

We request that you are TRUTHFUL in your requests, and that you do NOT fake your post counts. If ANYONE posts OVER the amount they actually made, they will lose payment for every "fake" post, and each "fake" post WILL SUBTRACT FROM THEIR PAYABLE TOTAL. This is to increase the likelihood of everyone posting truthfully.

You may send 1 PM CONTAINING REQUEST AMOUNT PER WEEK. E.x. If you send it in Monday, you cannot send it again on Tuesday that week. You may send it on Tuesday and the send it Monday the following week.

Post counts will be checked over to ensure fairness, and spam will be filtered through.

Spam is classified as:
Unconstructive posts
Trolling
Agreeing
"+1"ing
Anything else listed in the OP

Glad everything got sorted out eventually.  I'll stay with the campaign for another week.

Thanks, Yakamoto, for tabulating the numbers and publishing the sheet.

Thanks, OP, for paying out and meeting the obligations but in the future, if you are delayed for work reasons, it would be wonderful if you would just pop in and say "I'm delayed for work reasons, please expect payments beginning 24 hours later than expected".  Anyway, I'm glad you got your technical difficulties sorted out.

@zolace:
Someone said to send a private message and ask him.
As long as I get a reply in the next few days im fine with having the sig there for a bit.

Edit:I wrote him as suggested, but didn't get a reply in time.
I'd definitely be interested if he decides to open up officially again.

Payment received, thank you XBTec and Yamamto!

Please don't be discouraged by the impatient members. I know how busy life can be, and after a hard day's work, the last thing you need is people bickering about $10/$20 being late.

Payment received here too.  Glad it finally came through.

Note however, that being late on a contract is not equivalent to "bickering".

Any business I deal with, any amount of money, if they say your product/payment will be ready in X, the it doesn't arrive by X+3days, lodging a complaint isn't bickering, it's simply prudent.

Here we go again with your condescending attitude.  Obviously we have no choice but to wait.  Therefore, we will wait.  However, it's now Friday, the original plan was Sunday to Sunday weeks.  The second wee is apparently Sunday to Tuesday because that's when Yamamoto got around to doing the numbers.  Yakamoto posted on Tuesday "calculations done, payments on the way".  Three days later we just wait for the convenience of an instant btc payment to eventually be effected.
I can understand you as well as OP. Wouldn't you double check something that someone gave you? I definitely would, since money is involved. Also, he works in the factory on the products that they are creating, he said so in one of his PM's. This means that even more time is consumed, which cannot be used on the campaign. Campaigns don't always pay out on time. I have yet to see a campaign that didn't have any problems in it's first two weeks. It takes time to get used to.
And yes, it might have been a bit condescending and I apologize for that, but it's getting quite annoying if you see it constantly happening.

Well to be honest, I'm not sure I would delay the payments of contractors by 3 days just to double check the work of someone I hired.  That just makes me look terribly unorganized and unprofessional.  The crucial thing is this: set a schedule and stick to it.  That's the way the professional world works.  If you have an unavoidable delay, you tell people as soon as you can and you try to provide the most accurate and specific info you can about how long the delay will be

I can tell you this, the longer xbtec waits to fulfill his obligations the sketchy he looks as a company.  If you were considering buying a mining rig from him, would you take into consideration his ability to pay advertisers on time when deciding whether he was someone you wanted to work with?  I know I would.

Personally, I'm thinking about leaving the campaign over this.  I find it discouraging.

I was delayed payments for 12 hours.
The reason is here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7550446
Anyway, sorry for inconvenience
