While a little delayed, progress has been made on the multipool and is open for testing

For testing only  ---- http://xcpool.xcurrency.co/

For those who asked multiple times.

Any ETA on when it will be out of testing ?

btw, Thanks Dan and then team for the great work on XC !

edit : it seems there is issue using -o xcpool.+tcp://xcpool..xcurrency.co:5555
[08:15:34] Probing for an alive pool
[08:15:34] getaddrinfo() in setup_stratum_socket() returned -2: Name or service not known
[08:15:34] Failed to resolve (wrong URL?) xcpool..xcurrency.co:5555

so I change it to -o stratum+tcp://xcpool.xcurrency.co:5555
but nothing better

No servers were found that could be used to get work from.
[08:21:18] Please check the details from the list below of the servers you have input
[08:21:18] Most likely you have input the wrong URL, forgotten to add a port, or have not set u

Hey, nut up bitches. You gambled on a crypto company and lost money; every one of us has lost money in this game. If something goes wrong with one of my investments I'm screwed. I'll have a piña colada and a good cry then get on with my life...you should do the same!!!
I never bought anything from Jasin or had any thing to do with him. As a long term supporter of XC and someone who holds a lot of XC I have just been concerned that if this issue is not dealt with appropriately it will come back and bite us on the bum.
Everything  Dan and XC has done has been done very well, and I take my hat off to Dan and the team. I just think it is important to keep XC's reputation above reproach.

No your missing the point, Jasin was never an XC delevoper
Thank you for clearing that up.
The impression I got from reading posts here over the last day or two, both in this thread and the other one is that Jasin was an XC developer, but had his name removed but was still somehow involved.
I tried here...https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8694544  ...and here....https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8694457   ....to get an answer to this question, but my questions were ignored.

So thank you again for clearing that up

This is exactly why I won't leave. You're being lied to. Jasin was a developer and now is being referred to as a team member or less SOLELY because they heard from me about the Fibonacci situation.  I have emails with Dan and Arlyn to prove it.

Is the XC community seriously okay with wiping this under the rug? How irresponsible of you all. If we don't look out for each other in crypto, things get ugly (having lost a metric butt load of cash to Jasinlee, I know ugly)

Jesus you guys are getting incredibly annoying.

Jasin has not scammed anyone. There has been delays with ASICS just like every other company out there.

Learn to be patient- the pre order was a risk you were willing to take, given the high chance of delays/issues.

Jesus you guys are incredibly naive. I own a shitload of Cache and XC Coin. I'm not trying to sabotage your project. If I were in your position I'd be thankful someone brought this to my attention and pissed at the nonchalance by the XC Coin team in their handling.

It's not about losing the money, its about the thief who stole it. Who now works here.

Just sent 10 XC using private transaction...

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xc/tx.dws?278312.htm

Well, how is it possible for anyone to see who it's from and it was sent to?   Grin

I'm trying to get a Xnode setup but when I try and start the qt after downloading it I get this error "The program can't start because libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling to fix this problem". I've tried on multiple computers with the same error.

you have to copy the file to the existing install directory with all the other files.

install with the setup file from here http://downloads.xc-official.com/release/windows/ (skip this if installed already)
and then copy the new program file to install directory (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\XCurrency)

edit: never mind. Dan was faster making the installer than me typing  Roll Eyes

Priceless  Grin

thats why fudders and trolls have hardly any impact on the current coin value

my opinion on Jas situation - just STOP responding to the trolls here who mention his name.  ignore them.  when no one responds to their un related questions they will give up knowing that its pointless to mention it here.

(my advice)

I have always said you can't feed the trolls.   Not even once.

Arlyn/teka/Dan, can we seriously considered banning these people talking about jxxxxx ? Not even going to mention the name. This is getting really annoying and distracting.

We should have a definitive post somewhere in this topic about the Jasin situation. Any "new" accounts that pop up and spam FUD, first time they post we link them to it, any future posts on the topic - delete. Any existing fudders on the Jasin issue - delete all their posts to do with it.

Since this is a test release the installer isn't included with the dll's

Updated test release for private transactions.

If your interested in running an xnode mixer start the wallet with -distmix-autonode

http://downloads.xc-official.com/testing/XCurrency-qt.exe

* You should have at least 1000 XC's in your wallet for this test release if you want be an XNode mixer.

* When sending a private transaction, it can take up to 5 minutes, this release is locked to 10 XC's [will be changed before final release]

* Check your port is open [TCP 32348] via http://www.portcheckers.com/ [for both xnode mixer and private tx users]

* XNode Mixers can't send private transactions like a normal wallet and require an unlocked wallet in this release

>> When sending via private transactions, unlock your wallet first and un-check the staking box

If your having an issue please contact me here, email or via XChat

YAY!!! Private transactions finally work for me too.  Grin Grin Grin
Thx Dan for the update.

Everyone who had problems with private transactions before might want to test it with this latest test release(v0.9.2.48b-RC1). I think the issue some of us had before is now fixed.
