A question that's on allot of peoples mind; When is the price going to start moving up?

As soon as weak hands stop selling.

I guess most people asked the same question about BTC during 2012. Just wait - Life is not so short Smiley

Update: XC is going to conquer the $100 border. Patience, comrade.

Relax guys.

The problem isn't lots of people dumping. The trading volume is small.

The problem is not enough people buying.

The XC platform grows in strength every day, long term XC is a winner.

As with most projects when you deal with multiple teams/projects, sometimes the 1 team does not stay current with the schedule. The ASIC is its own project, and the developer we had hired for the exchange has been fired due to his delays (and replaced). XC has its own team and I am only assisting with it where I can, other projects have no bearing on XC.

Cache is not a P&D, we still have all the coins and never sold them as any user can check. It is part of how we will build PoBC and is in ongoing development as you can see from the cachecoin thread.

I have no idea why you didn't provide this information on litecointalk.  But the fact that you feel no need to offer explanations of months overdue timelines to your customers and this information is provided HERE instead of the place where people dumped millions of dollars into your good name just gives off horrible vibes.

Do you mind if I relay the information that the exchange developer was replaced and that's partially the cause of the dropped timeline on the exchange that is months behind back on the litecoin thread?

Just to reiterate that all these projects, including XC, run completely independently of each other.

A delay - or increased workload - in one makes no difference to another.

Jasin has been - and continues to be - a great resource to the XC team, and we have no reason whatsoever to doubt his commitment or value.

If you have doubts, go look up Cachecoin's development and satisfy your curiosity about its future.

It's not really that uncommon for sellers to wait for news in any financial market.  That's usually when the volume is and if they hold a large chunk of coins, that's the time with the most liquidity to exit.

I agree. However these dumps happen before a buy wall forms, and before sellers can benefit from some upward momentum.

It doesn't make sense to me. If I were trying to sell I'd put several asks in the path of an upward movement following the news, not dump it hard to neutralise all confidence.

i was offline from weekend to today, do did i miss something good news? because i now i see that we need only ~30 btc to go to 90k sat.. its terrible price for XC... all people said that we are going very huge soon, but every day we are going lower and lower.. whats wrong with that community or that coin?? i cant understand...

Some mysterious whale keeps dumping on our news.

Look up my post history. It's all good news for days.

Then look at the times the announcements were made and the times at which 6-16K sells came in.

XC is solid. Someone's trying very hard to make it look otherwise.

They cannot fight reality though. We'll win out.

Somebody over at litecointalk mentioned Jasinlee was developing another coin so I stumbled in to see what it's about.

Just figured I'd give you guys a heads up - he backed an ASIC project & exchange.  Exchange was supposed to be delivered months ago and it appears that development has ceased.  People are waiting weeks for refunds with little to no communication.  Not to mention a pretty impressive pump & dump with Cachecoin.

I really have no idea why he's abandoning that project but I'd treat anything he's responsible for with care.

FWIW - I've got no horse in the anon race.  Darkcoin is a borderline scam IMO.  An XCurrency dev did a massive pump pump job on cachecoin & appears to be dropping his ASIC project for LTC so I'm avoiding that like the plague.  Just not seeing a clear winner in anon ATM

This is from the rpietila Altcoin Observer thread. What is this dude going on about?
