Sorry I want to ask you something.
What are the benefits of this Hard Fork Monero Huh
Will it generate a new token like its BTC Huh
The scheduled network upgrade introduced two major changes. First, a PoW tweak to curb any potential threat of ASICs and preserve ASIC resistance. As a result, miners will have to update their miners (i.e. mining software). Second, the minimum ring size is bumped to 7 (mixin 6).
This has already happened - where can I see my coins? I kept my monero  on poloniex I can get my share there?
Not every hardfork is generating a new coin, it's just an update.  As well as not every new coin of ICO is an ethereum token.  Smiley

What is the best resource for watching changes in hashrate? I found this https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/monero-hashrate.html#3m but it doesn't have enough resolution for this situation.

So with the Monero hard fork, will there be another coin created, like in case of bitcoin and litecoin?

Judging by this announcement. "On Wednesday, March 14, the Monero network on the block numbered 1529810 will host MoneroV, aimed at solving the problem of scaling the original blockbuster." , Hardfork has already taken place.

That's a different fork. People are talking about the current upgrade fork.

Support XMR shows a reduction in pool hash rate however still says 1.14 gh/s for network hash rate.

Is there a problem?
it's ok, We need to wait 720 blocks to find out the real network.

Correspond to how many hours?

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it

So, if only 20% of miners are voting does that mean lots of bots or just people who don't care as long as they get their dividends?

tHEY WILL CARE WHEN THEY FIND OUT ALL THE EXCHANGES ARE ON THE NEW CHAIN AND THEIR NEW COINS ARE UNSELLABLE.

goddamn cAPSLOCK!

Lets not forget there are alot of people that don't keep up on things and only notice something is not working when they don't get paid. All these gamers that mine on the side don't keep up with the latest news.

Sorry I want to ask you something.

No it will not by design (but who knows it could), the main reason is to split off the ASIC's and of course there are huge improvements to the Core like Bulletproofs and MULTISIG!!! Oh wait, I think BP will be on the next release, you'll have to look up the list.

Exchanges are all on new fork i guess.
Any exchange that lists bitmain-monero?

Haha, not gonna happen. better dump those things now. You should have never bought into them.

The loss of hashing makes me nervous.  If there are as many miners or more working on the old chain than the new one, who's to say they won't stay there ?
