The donation bit wasn't my idea,Qiwoman suggested it.Really the coin owner should actually do everything possible for his community to flourish before he launches another coin.
When I heard that he didn't want to compensate anyone made me surprised.Noone in real life will work for nothing. At least he should add some funds into XSI like Qibucks has done.

I contacted Qiwoman2 several times on btc forum and skype to expedite the transition process.  Most of my messages were not returned including an introduction to a prominent member of XSI (neite99) that wanted to help out. That was a week ago and he said he still didnt receive a response.  I also mentioned that we needed to do something quick to avoid being de-listed on Bittrex.  The only responses I got were that you didnt have internet yet, although you were logging into the forum to post messages in the Qibucks thread.  This has gone on for 3 weeks!

The arrangement we made was for you to take over XSI and merge the communities for the betterment of both parties.  I agreed to introduce you to other coins that could help facilitate the transition and help things move forward.  These were marketing opportunities that could be used for both coins. The 115k XSI I sent you was part of the deal.  No clue why you allude to that amount not being worth 3 btc.  I never claimed it was.  The coins I sent were part of the entire deal.  Putting that in your post in an attempt to give the appearance that I misled you is absurd.

The post you made (which is still up) is absolutely ridiculous.  You shared information about my plans with the community that were discussed privately and the entire tone of post is accusatory.

I also said that incorporating the Electrum feature + plugin would be difficult and it would make more sense to keep the two coins separate, but merge the communities.  This idea still makes a lot of sense.  I mentioned that waiting to do so would be a critical mistake.  If you werent available, then you should have had someone else contact me to move this forward.

I was never compensated for my work on XSI, and I have no idea why you expect me or my community to compensate you for your time.

You can't modify a deal after the fact because you decide you dont like it anymore.  I sent the coins we agreed upon (actually sent extra), continued fronting the coin for 3 weeks now while you move (as agreed upon) and still willing to connect you with other coins for marketing opportunities.

3 weeks after we made a deal suddenly you decide to start making accusations in the thread.  If you were so concerned about the deal we made, then why did it take 3 weeks to comment in thread or respond to my messages?

I think the 10% donation was optional. We would like Cryptonewbie to invest also into his coin so that no coin holder has to pay.Such funds will be used to build up XSI assets to back the coin so we can proof of Baghold and therefore XSI coin holders will also get returns over time like we are doing with Qibuck holders.
I think that donations are needed, but the donated coins should be returned back to the owners, for example, for 25 weeks, paying 4% of the contribution to the week. (4% * 25 = 100%).

Or to stimulate people, it can be 5% (5% * 25 = 125%) Grin

I also think it's a good suggestion. But we need more than just agree on how much we have to give coins and what we get for it. And I think that should not just be thrown off by 10%, and everyone who will give their XSI, should get something in return.

I think it's fair proposal. We are investing our time and investment for taking over XSI,yet Cryptonewbie does not want to invest anything back to XSI but launch a new coin.We alone are assuming extra risk in managing another coin that hasn't had enough traction to take off.
We also haven't had any merchant app work done as that was what the agreement was made on,and Qibuck paid 3 bitcoins to XSI to integrate our coin into it as well as resources.
No deal was made on a takeover, this is why I am surprised to hear there were no conditions set.
Qiwoman2 told me she felt pressured by Cryptonewbie in taking over the coin.
The whole team think such thing as a takeover should be discussed in details in the terms which were to my knowledge not set or agreed on.I do not know how this arrangement will be benefiting Qibuck since we seem to be putting most the money into XSI right now.

For us to move forward now in this partnership we are suggesting these as viable options to help transition XSI coin to the next level, plus to make it fair for my Team who is already overworked to get stuck in on this project.

We - QIBUCK COIN paid 3 btc originally for use of the app to be integrated in QIBUCK coin but there is no DEV available on XSI end to do the work for our coin to be integrated, apparently we would have pay for more work to get it integrated and an electron wallet. So technically we have just paid 3 btc in order for the XSI DEV to pay towards making his new coin.

He asked us to take over his coin because he won't have time to do the new coin and look after XSI but in order for this proposition to be viable bot for our QIBUCK Team and fair to XSI holders this is what we would agree on for a complete takeover.

1. We would like the DEV to give us at least 2 btc of his new coin in value to use as an asset to BACK XSI coin..

2. We would kindly ask XSI holders to donate around 10% of their holdings into an XSI STABILITY fund which we would trade and help create price stability.

3. We would ask XSI holders if possible to donate what they can in btc for us to purchase some assets to to make XSI proof of baghold. We would compound these assets over a period of at least 3-6 months then start paying a monthly bagholder revenue to XSI holders as we are doing with QBK coin. Once XSI has decent assets then my Team would also earn a small salary like they do in QBK for their time and effort and work.

All we have at the moment is 115k XSI  that we were given by Cryptonewbie which is not worth 3 btc in value at the current time. We also purchased some XSI as a QBK asset but we want XSI COIN to prosper and we want to help the XSI COMMUNITY AND CRYPTONEWBIE in his transition to his new venture. We also need this partnership to be viable and fair to our Team as well.

If you all think this is fair and viable please let us know. Remember that until XSI is properly asset backed and earning an roi from assets, we as the TEAM are not asking for any payment for our time but in order to take XSI to a higher level this is the only way we see viable and forward. If we cannot reach an agreement then we will just either request a formal refund from Cryptonewbie and each go our own way, OR he can compensate us with a btc equivalent of either XSI coin or a mixture of his new coin and XSI to make it fair, seeing as we cannot integrate the app for free in QBK. Unless He made the app for QBK directly. We would love to proceed with the above partnership that would be open and transparent. ALSO WE WOULD ASK BUSONI OF POLO to hold any BTC FUNDS until we procured each asset to back XSI on an open ledger like we have done for QBK COIN. I have sent a pm to Cryptonewbie and also asking the XSI community if this is a viable partnership. We would work out a lot of cross promotions to with QBK, ABC2 AND XSI in order to create more buy pressure etc as well as a multipool for XSI ..We would mine at least 0.5 btc worth a week to create more buy pressure. Please think of the above and get back to us. If you like these ideas or maybe we can move forward and take XSI to new heights. We are more than willing to help XSI but the Community has to realize there is a lot of work involved in running a coin so I hope you appreciate what we have to offer to help the XSI Community flourish. We are also working with XC on a great wallet idea, so we would also be able to negotiate some new wallet features in the future for XSI too. Smiley.

Please note that running an asset backed coin is a full time job so ti would mean countless hours of our time in this project without any pay for the first few months. We will be busy for the next 5 days till we complete QIBUCK Bagholder payments so it gives the XSI Community a chance to digest and consider what we have to offer.

People seem to go crazy. Which makes sense to sell so cheap? And sell a ridiculous amount about 0.01BTC. Beer they buy?

From Bittrex BTC/XSI trading page:

This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on Sept 12th unless the average daily trade volume for the last 7 days exceeds 0.1 BTC.

Something should be done to avoid that..

Need to buy much as you can, this is the best support for the coin. By the way the price is very low.

Dang I got banned for 3 days due to  over enthusiastic XSI giveaway announcments  Grin
Well let's look at all of the partnerships
Not sure if All are alive still, but from memory
Diem
PotCoin
Yacoin
Qibucks
Stability Shares.

I would say form a cooperative organization and draw up a charter of objectives, coupled with an agreement of conduct and participation.
Each Coin would be compliant of both and mutually beneficial to each other coin.
Unified set of contributions and a unified set of entitlements.

Set up Co-op merchant plugins
Co-op Social Media campaigns
Allow and encourage strong cross posting amongst forum topics.
Start Categorized Coop topics to nurture a feeling of community
Develop Coop Branding and entice other coins to join.

Potcoin has asked us for some ideas on how to help them market XSI in exchange for the help we provided them.  Does anyone have suggestions?

What we helped them, I did not know about that, please provide more details.

Potcoin also has the Electrum wallet and we helped them add the merchant plugin feature.  They have agreed to help us with marketing.  The community is welcome to share their ideas in this space.

That is good news, I did not knew about this, we helped them on merchant plugin feature.
So did they start promote XSI or they still searching a way to marketing the coin.
