We are going to help PotCoin with merchant adoption, which is obviously something they are focusing on. They will be helping us with some much-needed marketing on social media, articles, and interviews.

I don't think Mintpal will add another coin on 1st September.
We have to see now, how Mintpal in future will add new coins, or

There is no rights for value agreement,
I think it is primarily for two coins to try to stimulate interest in their own coin, by each of them promoting the other's coin within that coin's community.
a sort of network marketing if you will.
