Oh sorry about that I forgot to mention that yes I did try several times till frustration. The Redbox you click to close the invest just wouldn't light up as if it was not there. Then I asked on yobit chat and someone said to zoom in. Tries and never worked. Then I used "inspect" to manually find it and all of a sudden it light up and closed. Its a glitch because not everything fits well on the screen so it foes into chat box.

No they not a scam bit I dont think they a noob exchange. The thing is they do, do shady stuff. Like having a dice bet roll defaulted to bet 0.01 and is right under the chat box. Also confirmation before withdraws would be nice.

That 1000% isn't a scam all it does is make the coin worthless go look at the trading for the coin you talking about. But ya "special fund" that's. It suspicious at all. I thought the investment box was limited and only temporary till it ran out that's what was suppose to happen.

I am worried obviously but I don't think they going to ruin their rep over so little bitcoin. I mean yobit makes a killing each day off their dice alone. Then still the trading fee.I would prefer honestly like they having withdraw issues at least but no they hide the close buttons in the chat and you can click them. Very strange. I hope they fix this. But he's their support has always sucked. Also the chat admin is a bit of a moron and chat bans people more then he helps people. So yobit focus their energy on one admin who just hands out chat bans all day for ridiculous reasons I always see people getting banned for hardly anything. He could be helping us instead. Yobit is a faceless company.

One thing I dont understand is why would they steal peoples deposits from the investbox when they already have your balance ?

Actually their reputation has been ripped of already since there are so many allegation of being scam and robbed by the said exchanger site and look what happen to devs account here https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/yobit-406594 it has negative rep to DT members who's been aware on what is happening there https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.2880 and for seeing there thread has to many bad post pointing on them well surely i will be more aware to be carefull upon dealing on this site.

I'm a bit iffy on it. If you look at the DOGE, for example, the 15%/day ran out in under 24h. So I do believe there's a cap to it. That said, I still don't get the point of it or anything... and I will say that I had 6 DOGE sitting on there and invested it in, and because it ran out of funds before it paid out, all I got back after 24h was the principal.

Yobet recently received neg trust I guess. The site is also very sticky now a days and having very slow servers. I always used to trade and exchange on this site but now a days it is filled with more bots than humans. I will never trust any services provided by yobet. Also when there are high rate on a site than the market then it is probably very risky to invest in such sites. Why would they go in loss by providing us more money than other sites on the market that is the first question you should know about.

it is not necessarily yobit who is putting up those walls.

when a shitcoin is dead at 1 satoshi or lower, as long as its network is functioning, it means someone is mining transactions and earning some reward. and the miner will dump that reward on the market. and the 500BTC+ walls show how bad the reward of these altcoins are. and also proves that the coins with a big circulating supply are terrible idea because miners will always gain these huge rewards and dump and kill the price.

I see this for the first time, and I don't like it at all. Yobit is on the egde for so long, some members mentioned scam accusation, there is more then one, and that is following them from thir beginnings. On a side about their choice of coins and bunch of dead coins, rigged dices, and I don't know what else now they are implementing some investbox!? In moment the box is filled with coins they will shut down everything and run away, we can just guess for how much time will this happen, 6 months - 1 year?

Actually, it's much less safe than investments where you hold funds for a long period of time. I'd say that YoBit is being extremely shady by suggesting that your investment is 100% safe just because you can withdraw it "at any time". When you want to withdraw it, it's too late, and any legitimate investments give warnings about the risk for your capital.

The chances that this isn't a scam are pretty low. They have no actual plan for how they're getting the coins, and it's not like the Bitcoin devs are trying to promote their coin by giving them interest of 0.2% daily.

Or they are too confident because their volume is still high. Dunno why people still trade there with coins also present in other reliable exchanges.

This is just an assumption, though we all know that yobit is an exchange of pump and dump coins but i never faced any problem with their exchange. I have a smooth withdrawal and even a good deposit experience. The investbox is somehow confusing but you can cancel your investment anytime you want. Make it safer than those investments that hold our Bitcoin for a longer period of time. Though I am not denying the possibility of an exit scam to happen but it is too early to say such thing.
