Well after 6 weeks of inveszting on yolodice, i'm calling it quits.
Out of all 3 investments ($250 in BTC, 2 LTC and 10k doge), i'm only in positive with LTC, about 0.02 LTC.
Rest is negative. So yeah... not saying it's scam or anything, just there's better investment options

This is the 2nd time you are saying about your investment in gambling site's bankroll. I wonder how much did you expect when you decided to invest your money on casino's bankroll? Do you have a specific plan on how long you are going to invest or this 6 weeks period is the one you have planned?

Personally, I have signed a segwit address based on the key pair produced by my Ledger Nano S using Electrum but unable to verify the signed message using brainwallet, and the only wallet that can verify your signed message is none other than Electrum itself.
Maybe you have try another brainwallet > https://jhoenicke.github.io/brainwallet.github.io/#verify That's site fine to verify any address even you sign message with hardware wallet (ledger or Trezor). Sometime ago electrum can't verify message signed by Trezor. Only Trezor and jhoenicke can do that jobs.

I could sign with all those types of addesses using Coinomi, it's just that yolodice wasn't verifying the signed message (with p2sh and bech32 addresses).
Yes, it is simply because segwit addresses such as P2SH (starts with 3) and bech32 (starts with bc1) has no standard format or script that can sign a message and verify it using any other wallet.

Personally, I have signed a segwit address based on the key pair produced by my Ledger Nano S using Electrum but unable to verify the signed message using brainwallet, and the only wallet that can verify your signed message is none other than Electrum itself. If for instance you were able to sign a message using segwit address in Coinomi, then it is more likely that the only wallet that can verify your signed message is none other than Coinomi as well.

Same goes with YOLOdice.

Bit of suggestion, my deadass was trying to sign message with 'bc1' and 'segwit' addresses, I'm not sure of the difference between the two, anyway, i wasted like half hour about the problem then from Coinomi support (yes i use that wallet don't hate me), i got to know some services don't recognize those addresses. So could you throw proper error (instead of directly showing 'invalid') or support  those types of addresses altogether?
As far as I know only Electrum wallet supports signing a message using P2SH (starts with 3) and bech32 (starts with bc1) and it is the only wallet who can verify your signed message since there is still no standard format which enables you to verify it using any other wallet. The only address that let's you verify using any other wallet is the legacy (start with 1)

Is it allowed that the same person can win more than one prize in the number hunt competition? It seems like most of the leaderboard is full of multi-accounters. It could all even be just one guy.
The use of multiple account in YOLOdice to play is fine but it is strictly prohibited to use multiple account in chatroom. So, if the instances that these account are controlled by only one person then he can probably win those prizes in number hunt competition.

YOLOdice legitimately is sprouting round the corner of the forum, many had outlined a details of weekly investment plan which I think YOLOdice would possibly deliver in due time.

How could someone go about this investment in your platform. What are the ROI percentage on each investment. I'm really interested in undergoing into investment as I choose YOLOdice
The investment is not something that you can expect a great return very quickly I am afraid. Is there a chance of something like that? Sure why not, there could be a guy who wagers and loses hundreds of bitcoins over night as soon as you invest, but to be realistic those odds are lower.

Please read the last few pages and you will see that there was a discussion about what to expect from investment, the reality is that it is a slow and gradual process that makes you think "it is better than getting zero" because the alternative is to get zero profit with your bitcoin investment (except fiat obviously). Here at least you can try to make a bitcoin profit with bitcoin, which is a rare thing and it is incredibly slow but at the end of the year you gain few points and that is the important part.

Damn, i took a big hit in my investments..

BTC is negative 40k satosh, LTC is negative about 0.02, DOGE is negative around 600 DOGE...

Yes, i k now it's total like $5 loss, but still, seeing those red numbers stresses me out
You'll soon recover from that loss. It's okay that you lose $5 compare to higher amount. I'm sure you know that the favor is always on the house edge. I tried investing too and earn profit but sadly I forgot my account details and waiting for ethan to respond or any from the admin that may help me get my account back.

There isn't any fixed ROI set on your investment because casino runs a business where if player wins, money goes out from bankroll and opposite - if player loses, money goes into bankroll and investors profit. Yolodice has 1% house edge that means website has mathematically advantage over players and in long run, it should profit but still it doesn't guarantee you that you invest $100 and get $101 tomorrow. There are moments when players luckily win a lot of money and opposite too - lose a lot of money.
In yolodice you get profit in two ways: Profit from gamblers' play and dilution profit. Dilution profit means that 2% of every invested money goes into shared bankroll and for example, if $10000 is a 2% of shared bankroll and players lose, you get additional profit from this shared bankroll.

I haven't invested in YOLOdice but there are a few guys that shared their weekly investment return.  You'd get like ~2% per month if you're going to invest in their BTC bankroll but it can still vary depending on how much you're going to invest.

Also it's been a while since the last ETH number hunt i'll give it a go later today.  Cheesy

You get it wrong, the rule says that if there are same rolled number then the first one takes precedence.
Since there is one user who rolled 0 already which is the lowest number then there is no chance to defeat him even if you hit 0.
What other users can do is to compete for the 2nd-30th position now since there is no other users rolled 0 till the time I write this post.
There is also 20% bonus from what you get from the prizepool if you roll 0 which is still worth to try our luck.
My bad and my mistake.
Thanks for that panjul07.
He and the others still has the chance to go to another ranking place.

I like the design you used for this promotion. This is nostalgic, the dog duck hunt game during the child days.
Good luck to the people that will participate this ETH number hunting.

I'm bit late, first spot is already reserved.
It will end on July 8 so you still have time to defeat whoever is on the first spot. The minimum prize pool guaranteed of 20 ETH increased to 31.744 as of this moment.
And there's a chance that it will go higher so congratulations to those who are currently on the winning places. Hope you maintain it up to the end of the hunt.

At the end of the day, doesn't matter if it is a good idea or a bad idea, yolodice should have ETH investment not just because it would be profitable for the casino but it would be profitable for the investors as well. Think of a situation where you would be capable of investing into yolodice and also stake at the same time, you would make a ton of money. Plus ethereum is the second biggest coin in the world right now behind bitcoin, which means if you have an option to invest ETH it would get so much more attention than any other coin except bitcoin.

This is why it will probably have a huuuuge bankroll as well and when you have huuuuge bankroll you will have a higher max bet chance as well which means a bigger chance of whales coming in and losing a ton of money here as well (even maybe on other coins too).
Things are not that easy, yolodice barely brought bank investment to their website, do you really think that yolodice would be easily implement something that would allow you to both have a bankroll here but at the same time stake your eth and make profit in both ways?

I am not saying it is impossible but for a website that barely got the investment part back on, helping others to also stake as well as invest to bankroll would be too much of a difficulty on the development part of the situation. However without that, it would mean that yolodice could stake on your behalf and get all the staking profits from it if you just invest and not get any staking in return, which means yolodice would make unfair profit.

Hence, they either going to do something that is unfair, or just nothing at all, I rather the nothing at all one.
