First and foremost you're highly welcome to the forum i most say that this platform is indeed the best place where you can learn about cryptocurrency and also on how to make  investment, there are so many things to learn from this forum that's if only you can devote your time in learning so that you can be able to get the necessary informations about crypto investment.

however as a newbie you don't have to be curious in what ever thing you're doing you just have to take it bit by bit don't jump into something you know nothing about so as to avoid losing at the end, because most of the newbies always jump into Investment due to the success stories they Heard from those earlier investors, when they are yet to know about how Investment works as a newbie this are the things you need to avoid.

I can see you joined the forum since 2022 and due to your inactiveness you've not been able to explore the forum,so my first advice to you is;
1.Your activeness is pretty needed as a newbie so you can learn and carry out your own research.
2.Take to correction when you are corrected by experienced bitcoiners on the forum.
3.You need to adapt a tough skin on the forum.
4.Creating quality posts from the knowledge you've acquired on the forum and from your personal research and don't always fail to submit a reference link from sites where you got some informations.
In addition, there are also important informations you ought to read on pinned threads in Beginners and help board.

We are still newbies, and there is need for us to motivate ourselves and keep working because if we don't,there is no way we are going to grow,we only have to keep on moving, working, posting, contributing to ideas in the forum, opinion, and state our clear understanding about a particular topic. If we can do this consistently,I'm sure that level that other people have reached,we can still reach it and do more.As it is now,it all good to set a goal for yourself, try to meet your target everyday by making regular posts and remain consistent while posting, that's the only way you can grow fast.

Listen more to the folks without signature campaigns(they have to post lots to get paid, so most of what they post is rubbish), follow the rules. The search bar is your friend but if you cant find the answer to your question find a thread talking about the topic vs creating a new topic, and ask it.

I will say that newbies should be able to be reading through than creating threads in their earliest days of being active in the forum, reason being that most of their intended curiosity, quest has already been done by other newbies of which they can as well learn from theirs, the rate at which every newbies are creating threads of this kind are becoming too alarming. However, I made the same mistakes when I newly joined and things changed when I realized myself the reason why am sharing this post. It is all good that we are here and I believe that all the various users advice is good too, you can take note of then all as you are navigating the forum.

Re: Your advice for me as a newbie
Welcome newbie.
Many here already given you lots of advice so I will only give you one advice. Just follow the rules. That's all.

I mean every one of us started as a beginner, and all of us followed the rules hence we are here. Just follow the rules and learn to read more. Aside from that, watch YouTube documentaries as well in order for you to learn even more. Welcome again. Smiley
Well, knowing the rules should always be the first priority. You can’t be a good and reliable member in the forum if you happen to break rules, so know the rules first prior to learning acquisition.

However, as for my personal advice, don’t be too serious while engaging in the forum, but make your stay here fun and enjoyable. I assure you, you will have higher chances to last longer in the forum, than to be too serious and focus on your goal, as you might get easily tired reading and comprehending with different threads in the forum.

I don’t have anything to say than to ask you if you know what you are here for, why did you join the forum? Why are you not active since 2022? Is it that you are busy or you just don’t have time to be active in the forum, with the way you sound some people might think you have been on the forum before but since you see it doesn’t work out the way you think that is why you left, don’t misunderstand me please I’m just trying to let you know what some people will think because you have been here for more than two years now according to what you said before you join the forum did you understand anything about this forum or did the person who introduced you to the forum did not tell you anything about it.

The first thing I will tell you is that you should not rush with your learning process, just learn gradually and you will get to know it much better, you can check on a thread here that says to read before posting and you will get more information about how you as a beginner will do to avoid mistakes in the forum or when you are posting in any board in the forum, with your patience I’m very confident that you will learn more and achieve what you want to achieve.

In addition to understanding what to avoid according to the forum rules, I also hope you can avoid off-topic discussions. By off-topic I mean don't get out of the active topic discussion.
Get used to reading from start to finish so that there is no repetition.
Focus on the discussion that you want to learn. If you don't know, it's better to just read and don't comment to avoid the things I mentioned above.
Because the forum also provides local boards, make good use of it.

Make sure you will not allow anything to make you not to be active in this community again, because the more you stay away from this community the more you miss so many things that would have add value to your efforts at the moment. Nice to see you again OP, I can see that you are trying to improve in the community, but make sure you read and study the rules and regulations that governed the community before posting, because that is what will make you enjoy the community without any challenges throughout your journey here. Continue reading anything that related to decentralized currency and Bitcoin, I think it will help you to achieve what you want in this community because that is what we are discussing here.

You are my senior and welcome to come back again.

He isn't your senior both in rank and in knowledge, since you have been active and around more than him and you also have a higher rank, just because he joined the forum earlier, it doesn't make him your senior. So you are not his senior because you have managed to gain a higher rank than him and you have more knowledge as well.

OP still has a lot to learn, he joined the forum in 2022 but he never stayed active regularly, and when you are not active, you won't be able to understand how things work around here, if he was active in the industry but just not in the forum, he might have knowledge about the industry, but if he was also away from cryptocurrencies and the market completely, he probably also doesn't have much knowledge about the industry as well.

So, you don't need to make or consider yourself junior to him.

Is it possible to farm the bounty two years ago and then claim that you are a beginner? Also, how do you know which local section you, OP, belong to? I see your posts in the Nigerian section, but I also see your efforts in the Indonesian local section, although the posts there have already been deleted. Are you sure that you speak both languages perfectly?
Did you know that using Google Translate for other local forums is against the forum rules?

These days I myself don't see a newbie as a newbie, you can't tell who has been here for long and who just came as a new member, it could be that the OP is just randomly posting without knowing where and where not to post and it could also be that he's truly a newbie (which is really hard to tell) who's posting wherever he feels like posting.
But since he says he's a newbie or a beginner I think OP needs some guidance on how to go about the Forum and at the same time keep an eye on him, he should also tell us where he's from let's know if posting on the Nigeria local board and the Indonesian local board was a mistake or not.

Welcome to this forum.

Many people create accounts here and then don't use the forum for whatever reason but as the value of Bitcoin and trading increases, it becomes more famous. Yes, the importance of this forum is increasing. There are some rules and regulations which you must read carefully and follow. My advice is to avoid useless and long posts. Search the topic according to the question you have in your mind before creating new threads because other people have might have opened that topic here before you.

Man continues to learn throughout his life, there is neither age nor limit to learning, man learns something new at every turn of life. I hope you will learn many new things on this forum that will be useful for you. If you have any useful information related to trading, then you can share it with everyone. By posting good and informative posts and committing, you will not only help others but also get merit, which will make grow in ranks as well.

Just a few basic things to remember, OP.
Don't try to scam others, don't trade accounts and don't plagiarize content.

I see your posts in the Nigerian section, but I also see your efforts in the Indonesian local section, although the posts there have already been deleted. Are you sure that you speak both languages perfectly?
Did you know that using Google Translate for other local forums is against the forum rules?

He can always claim he speaks both and there's no rule saying that he has to be perfect to be allowed to post.
I see many people whose English is far from perfect (including myself), so if we're allowed to post gibberish in English, why aren't we allowed to do the same in local languages?

You are my senior and welcome to come back again. Basically, the ability to learn is not the same for everyone, it depends on the individual. But what I understand in short time is if you stay here regularly you can gain a lot of knowledge and share your valuable opinion. Extensive experience on Bitcoin investment/deposit strategies for success can be had through this forum which is open discussion.

On the Beginner & Help board, there is a topic that has been locked with the title Newbies - Read before posting, you need to read it because it explains forum tips. That's very useful.

To make it even easier, be active on your local board. Discuss everything you want to learn because I'm sure experienced local users will give you what you want to know in language that is easy for you to understand. The first thing may concern the rules, then it depends on what field you want to study.

Firstly, you shouldn't be scared or feel intimidated by the merit requirement for you to rank up and be acclaimed as knowledgeable enough to discuss with understanding, the subject of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general.

Secondly, while you have chose to show interest, your steady participation here with comments on subjects of discussion you understand will make you standout and be more knowledgeable as it shows in the niche you identify with, but as a newbie, it's better to know those who are more knowledgeable and stick to their post replies and comments as we remain active and follow them up on the threads and boards they are mostly active in.

This forum teaches you about understanding crypto, especially Bitcoin, that is the main purpose of this forum, as technology develops and markets develop and several other types of crypto develop so that you can learn more about crypto and so on, such as trading, mining and other information.

What is certain is that every organization/forum has certain rules if a beginner wants to join, this also applies here, maybe some people have shown some links that you can read for your future guidance, in essence: We here appreciate what you have, I mean your brilliant new ideas about development, crypto and technology, just like you outside, those who are accomplished and have broad insight, they are the ones who stand out the most.
