Currently looking forward to Legolas, it seems to tackle all current issues in the crypto senario
My favorite ICOs are Environ, Bitdegree, Hdac, INS and Spectiv. These ICOs are showing very good promise. They have already achieved their initial goal.
This is good choice. I know half of your list and they all have promising projects. But they are already finished. I think that now HOQU is good project for investing 
My favorite ICO right now is ALGORY, which will last for another 8 days. It is a powerful and multifunctional tool for cryptocurrency trading.

As for me, the best ongoing ICO is Gladius. I see the potential of this project and I hope for it. My favorite upcoming ICO which I'm waiting is Medicalchain
My favorite ongoing ICO is Credits. They are replacing old technologies by offering new approaches to the construction of registry, processing, consensus, preservation and transmission of data. They have implemented the principles of very low transaction costs for widespread introduction of the Credits platform.

There are amazing ICOS that are being conducted. One of them is INS which has already achieved their hard cap goal and a lot of supporters are already flocking their partnership pool.

2. Lalaworld. Their vision is just great. Helping immigrants who have been neglected by the finance institution. They intend to make their lives easy

I'm voting for ModulTrade. It’s a smart-contract blockchain based trade ecosystem. And the project is really strong. They already have a prototype working

The only one ICO I put money in so far is Universa. To tell the truth, I like the name.
Now it is still somewhere else but I hope it can be strong in like 2 years...I'll be happy with any price from $1

My favorite ongoing ICO is AMLT. Its Ico will end in 30 Jan 2018 and its price now 1 AMLT = 0.0003387075 ETH and its now Raised: 10142.53 ETH. I think this is a best KYC processing blockchain technology based cryptocurrency.
Probably the only ico that i like right now is the only one who is on my signature, i really trust in that project, and i have invested a huge amount of money too. It is my favourite among with the other ones who are always showing on coinmarketcap, like EMU, and so many others
Crowdholding, they have a very strong team with a very low hardcap. I really think they are going to go far and you will hear about them in 2018.

My favorite upcoming ICO Neculus Vision. I am really excited to see how the project goes. A lot of hype is around this ICO. The whitelist was closed for this ICO so that means a lot of people who wanted it did not get in. Luckily I go in early so that is a good thing.
Honestly speaking, I think most of the ICO are successful due to "hype" only. After the ICO the project dies along with the hype. They can't even provide us with a working platform. Just a new form of scam and nothing. That is just my opinion over here. I hope regulators and authorities come down hard on those shitty ICOs.
