That's right at this time we just loss money for those who hold in bitcoin ethereum but we must take the risk of investment at this time if I hold my money and don't invest it I can bought 1bitcoin now. But I lost half of my funds by holding bitcoin and ethereum since july.
My decision is to enter the world of bitcoin when the price of bitcoin is at $ 10k and now the price of bitcoin is falling and I am still holding back until the price rises because I do not want to lose my assets, I honestly waited too long for prices to rise.
The worst investments this year were ICO investments. 2017 was such a great year for making profit in this industry, but 2018 was an awful year for every investor. The market was falling down and almost no ICO has reached the soft cap.

Investments aremeant to either bring good or bad fortune. Then sometimes, no matter how careful you are, you might find yourself investing in a project that can fall so low as -x10 the ICO price. I have been in such position and to avert any form of loss, i usually opt into trading it, where i will get my profit and at the same time still maintain the amount of the tokens i had at the initial stage or even more.
My worst investment this year was investing in some altcoins. I was not really experienced then, the coin was mooning at that time and I bought and held instead of selling off with little profit. I'm still holding and I don't think it will ever moon again.

I invest in an Ico that it turns out to be scam. This is the worst investment I have made this year which I did not expected to suffer losing of money. So it is best that we should think more and search if it is a promising project to avoid losing money.
My worst investment was in January of this year when I invested almost 60% of total investment when market is on top ever. At the moment, I am feeling like almost all of investment due to such drastic throughout this year after January, but I still hold them all in hopes of recovery in future.

This year has been a year to forget for cryptocurrency investors.from the hopes and aspirations in January to the frustrations and regrets of August. What has been ur worst investment this year?
Of course, my regret for investing this year is because, the coin price that I invested dropped at a price so cheap, I became frustrated with it but, I can still get up for the next year looking for other coins so that I can invest better again, especially eth, which I was very disappointed with this year's performance.
Investment in BCH at the time of fork is I think my worst decision so far. And the loss is even bigger. ETH is another example of a bad decision I have invested in ETH when the price is around $560 and look at the price now. I am still hopeful and waiting for the market to recover so that I cut my loss a bit.

I had a big loss with MED, something like 50% and also a lot of bounty coins went to zero. It is my worst year in crypto, even if i am still in profit.
My worst investment that I made this year is not selling Oyster Protocol on its peak price or near its peak price last January 2018 but rather holding it and selling it only half of its peak price and adding more positions on it ending up to sell it on a much lower price because I needed the money.
The worst thing is that I did not believe in this long-term correction and did not record the profit that I had, because I believed in perpetual growth and I definitely could not believe that today BTC can fall to such limits
