Ok my 2 have been running side by side on 1 x Bitmain PSU and the new one is not wanting to be turned up to 750 like my old one... the hash just dropped off to zero within minuets... had to back it off to 600 the creaped it up to 675.. where its pulling 14.8 sols... could it be power that is not allowing it to be at 750?? il put it on its own PSU and see if it will run 750 ?.....

I think, each unit has slightly different OC ability, so one may run fine at 750, another may do only 700. That's my experience.
I agree there buddy..  i just found the sweet spot on the new one and its 681 @ 15.1 sols

I'm running 70 z9's . half from the first batch.

the first batch has no problem at 750

second batch defaults at "balance" which is 500 . . . you can overclock by fooling around with the firmware

The ones from the 2nd batch that allowed a 750 overclock all stopped working when overclocked at 750. as mentioned above, find your sweet spot.

I went down by 25 on all to find the sweet spot and most had their own along with fan speed. I found it best to just stay in the low 500 with zero problems and they run 24/7

hope this helps, this has been my experience so far.

Thanks for all the work you have put into this.

I wanted to add that luxor also has a pool for zen cash. I mine both zec and zen from luxor. There is a 3% pool fee

ADD TO LIST

Just switched one of my Z9 minis to mining CMM on https://pool.miningspeed.com/
Pool is registering the full hashrate, and seems to be working fine (1 hour in 8 hours in mining for 36 hours straight, no problem).
Currently mining on the EU server (eu.miningspeed.com:2073)

Ok Understand now, Thank you, Is that taken into account with the figures on whattomine>?
Yes, whattomine shows the reward as 10 per block for miners so what it calculates should accurately portray your net gain. same as ZEN

What do you think.. MPH on autoswitch ZEC,ZEN,ZCL?.... Antpool on ZEC?.... Or ZEN on Zhashpro?... or just a single coin on MPH?.... I am stuck between all of these?...
It's really up to you man, whichever coin you believe in most. However you should note that a few other folks in I think this thread have said that MPH Autoswitch doesn't seem to be nearly as profitable as expected and that mining coins directly seems better. Any of those coins you listed should be fine for profits, however I personally wouldn't mine ZEC because of the 20% tax.
Is that 20% tax on Zcash collected at source? mining pool?..Its the first time i have heard about it..

it's the founders tax. everyone has to pay it when transacting with ZEC. it's also the reason why rhett deleted the line in the code and "forked" to ZClassic.

This means with a block reward of 10 ZEC you actually get 8 ZEC?

The block reward is 12.5, and 10 goes to miners. This stuff isn't new.

Pool operator from BitPoolMining here, we have added BTCP and ZCL to our pool.  Pool fee is 0.5%.  ZEN will be released later this week.

I would kindly like to request for someone to test for asic support on our BTCP, ZCL and KMD pools so that OP can list us as supported, I will pay out an appropriate reward for anyone willing to test these pools.  Our HUSH pool has been verified and listed on OP's main post in this thread.

it's the founders tax. everyone has to pay it when transacting with ZEC. it's also the reason why rhett deleted the line in the code and "forked" to ZClassic.

More specifically, 10% of the coin supply is paid out to the zcash electric coin company as a bounty for ongoing development. it is not a premine like many. each block 20% of the mining reward goes to hard-coded addresses that they control. This continues for the first 4 years of mining.  It's been in the code forever, it's been on their blogs since launch. If you didn't know and you were mining it, it's sorta your own fault.

Interestingly... the zencash/horizen team have re-introduced the same thing back into their code. Some of the block rewards go to miners, some to secure/super nodes, and some to their dev fund. People seem to not complain about that one. They keep making their share bigger too.
