Ok i finally get it. zcash is just a joke currency like Monopoly Dollar. Its designed to make a small group or an inner circle rich on the backs of outsiders. My bad. Shouldnt have bought it before doing research.

Is possible to transfer ZEC between transparent and zk-SNARK address.

So I have several questions:
1. How to make "t" address and "z"-address?

2. Can I do this offline, using some paperwallet, like this: https://pwall.org/zcash/index.html (t-address only available there)?

3. Is this possible to get "z"-address from "t"-address
or generate "z"-address for the same privkey from t"-address?

4. May I change "t" prefix to "z" prefix to get "z"-address from "t"-address,
or I need to generate "z"-address, using some command in zcash-cli?

Dev fee is 20% from block-reward for 1-st 4 years and will be 10% from all volume of ZEC.
This is not large amount for real company.
For example, now, total available supply is <6M ZEC, so 10% is <600k ZEC, and this is not pre-mined coins!

With only 1.5 zec I would just hold it on an exchange, not a whole lot at risk. Otherwise something like exodus would be fine.

lol..   The correct thing to do is have patient.  Not the next few hours.  Try the next few years.  Im not selling any zcash till the next all time high. People keep forgetting zcash did hit $850+ at its peak and this was before it was on coinbase and has much improved tech and fundementals now.  I won't sell any until it hits 4 digits. I rather burn zcash than to sell at these dumped prices in double digits to you a-holes.

eth has been up 100x from its all time low and zcash only up like 3-4x from its all time low.  Just to show you how much room zcash can grow

If ZCash could at least show some strength at this time when Bitcoin is under bear pressure, ZEC would certainly be the top 2. This announcement had no impact on prices. The correct thing is to wait the next few hours.
