I heard the first time of ZoE from your post. Can you provide more information about the goals and the use cases?
ZoE is a way of verifying zcash transactions on the Ethereum network using a so called blockchain relay where each block hash is being forwarded for verification to the concerning ethereum smart contract.
That way you can actually integrate confidential payment methods in to say a decentralized market place built on Ethereum. (something I am actually building)

New release! 1.0.12 of the official Zcash client is out! which includes bug fixes and usability improvements. It also adds a new RPC method z_shieldcoinbase as an experimental feature, for easily shielding coinbase UTXOs. Found a good analysis on Coindesk today Zcash's Wild Ride: Prices Spike to $400, Fall to $300, But What's Next?. I wait until tomorrow before investing more in ZCash, ss tomorrow the ultimatum of the Chinese government expires and some turbolences can occur at the crypto markets. If everything keep calm I am going to increase my ZCash stake.

Great news if bugs are being fixed, ZEC and all his forks are actively pumping, I hope its pumping for long term dont fancy releasing my ZEC's and ZENs to the market
When govs are looking this much in crypto scene nowadays I guess ZEC should really pump as to my knowledge most anon coin out here, or equal to XMR

Dang I thought it was legitimate. Never heard of a "FUD pump" before that is an interesting concept. Would it not be more like fake news though? Regardless I am happy that ZEC is finally pumping, it was only a matter of time
before it got in line with what DASH and XMR are doing! I believe this is only the beginning of pumps for ZEC in due time we see if I am correct

Awesome! 19 proposals so far for the first round of Zcash Foundation grants!! The proposer files an Issue in this dedicated Github repository: https://github.com/ZcashFoundation/GrantProposals-2017Q4/issues The Issue should explain the tentative proposal–informally but in detail. This must be done by September 15th, 2017.
Public discussion will ensue in comments on the filed Issue. The discussion will hopefully include support, critique, suggestions for improvements, and pointers to relevant resources.
