Agree totally, that's the smart way to play it with a pool of aggressive sellers who'll probably suffer from seller's remorse soon enough.

The funny part is that even with all the dumping, Zeit is right at an all time high.

Just a coincidence, claim works fine, and you show up in the DB I was playing around with the ZEIT specific code last night for a few hours.

im tempted to stake them for eternity but maybe ill cut the dumpers and future zeit holders a break and resell to them at 5% profit

I follow options 2 for existing user... now my balance is zero
Sync complete, list of 220 transaction there but no balance
What can i do... wallet.dat still with me, is there way i can get back to normal?

Make sure Zeitcoin is closed
Go under
c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Then Delete 5  files :  .lock & blk0001.dat & blkindex.dat & db.log & debug.log
Then Delete 1 folder named : database
Then Unpack and copy the files from ZeitcoinBlockchainSnapshot into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.

You can get some more at a good price, just get some LTC on the Cryptsy market and put in some visible buy support (like around 350 or higher..heck why not pump the price up a bit?). Only a matter of time before those sell walls higher up crumble and whoever has those Zeits will want to just sell them at the bid price.

Now is the time to ACCUMULATE them Zeits while everyone is trying to dump Zeits for LTC so they can convert to BTC. But all this LTC being bought is just going to be reinvested back into LTC markets (assuming they don't end up dumping it all). Then all the high volume LTC coins like Zeit will end up being PUMPED like no one's business.

Right now, we got lots of liquidity on the ask side, but hardly anything on the BID side (which is what we really need right now). No need to pump the prices when so many stoopid people would be happy to just sell you Zeit for cheap on the bid side.

With enough bid orders, there will be so much buying and selling of Zeit that we can start getting our volumes up. If we can get that up to 50 BTC Volume for a month straight, cryptsy will have no choice but to take notice and give us the BTC pairing we deserve.

Zeit Coin Staking Tips

1. Make sure your PC's Time is correct.
   Ver 2.0.1.7 requires your PC time to be within 1 minute of correct time.

2. Amount of Zeit to have per block.
    Blocks with 50 thousand zeit per block or more will stake within 30 days
    Blocks around 5 thousand zeit per block will usually stake in 30 to 60 days
    Blocks of 2 thousand zeit and below, may not stake within a year.

Recommend merging amounts of zeit under 2 thousand per block to higher amounts.

Zeit Wallet response and feel are dependent upon individual CPU & Memory Specifications
But if your wallet feels unresponsive and you want it to be more responsive and use less cpu,
merge your blocks , so that your wallet contains fewer blocks with more zeit in each block.

Latest Version  2.0.1.7 Gauntlet

Option 1:  Make your own BootStrap.dat from your own PC's Blockchain   (Install Time 24 to 36 hours)

Go under

On windows:
Copy /b blk0001.dat  bootstrap.dat

On unix/osx etc.:
cat blk0001.dat  > bootstrap.dat

Then Delete 5  files :  .lock & blk0001.dat & blkindex.dat & db.log & debug.log
Then Delete 1 folder named : database

Then run the 2.0.1.7 Zeitcoin
and it will begin importing your blockchain into the New Zeitcoin Wallet.

Copy your last Zeit bootstrap to a different PC, install it like option 1:
Then let it completely sync with the blockchain so it is less than a few minutes from last being synced.

Go under
c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Copy these files blk001.dat & .lock
Copy these 2 folders txleveldb & database
To a flash drive

Then install the flash drive on the regular PC used by the exchange or block explorer.
Go under
c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Then Delete 5  files :  .lock & blk0001.dat & blkindex.dat & db.log & debug.log
Then Delete 1 folder named : database

Then copy the files from flashdrive into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from your last blockchain snapshot.

FYI:
Always make note of wallets balance before, and run it with a -rescan the 1st time to verify the exchange's amount is correct.

 

Added cryptsy ltc market and cryptopia ltc market to the 'master' depth chart. They convert automatically to bitcoin value so that the depth can all be on one chart. Page takes a second to load because some of those API's are fairly slow. Enjoy!

Each block's coin age is reset when it stakes, so if you want to attempt to see coins staking every day then you'd have to stagger your blocks in such a way that a different block would mature each day. So for instance, today is the 5th of July so blocks that haven't moved since June 15 are maturing, if said blocks were to stake today they'd be reset and wouldn't be ready to stake again until the 25th.
