I'm waiting for a day or so to update, I'm in the middle of some rapid-fire staking ATM - ~500 at a time, about every 3 minutes.

Make a Zeitcoin folder under C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\
Then Unpack and copy the files from ZeitcoinBlockchainSnapShot.zip into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.

Option 2: BootStrap  , 2nd Fastest Way
(Takes Between 24 to 36 hours)
After Downloading the snapshot.

Make your own Bootstrap.dat
COPY /b blk0001.dat bootstrap.dat

Make a Zeitcoin folder under C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\
Copy the bootstrap.dat file in the folder c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes. Run the Zeitcoin software to import the BootStrap , once finished it will then begin synchronization to retrieve any blocks found after the Bootstrap was created.

Option 3:  Sync from the Very Beginning , Longest
(Really Long, like a week)
After installing the Zeit Wallet from the Website:
Window Users :
Start SyncZeit.bat (Needs to be in the same directory as zeitcoin-qt.exe)

It will automatically restart hourly , once the Zeitcoin wallet is Fully Synced
(There will be a Green Check Mark in the lower right hand side of the screen) .
Close the Zeit Wallet and close SyncZeit script window.
From then on Start Zeitcoin-qt.exe directly and you are good to go.

Make sure Zeitcoin is closed
Go under
c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Then Delete 5  files :  .lock & blk0001.dat & blkindex.dat & db.log & debug.log
Then Delete 1 folder named : database

Once your Zeit Wallet is completely Synced.
Check your Balance, if the Balance is incorrect.

Click on Help, click Debug Window, click Console,
type in repairwallet and hit enter, then check your Balance

If Balance is still not correct.
Then From a Command Prompt run zeitcoin-qt.exe -rescan  
will take a little while but should correct your balance info.

Thanks. The sooner the better, the bootstrap on the website is imported by the beta, but then renamed to ".old" and ignored.

Will update the install instructions and place the latest blockchain snapshot & a new bootstrap, up in the next 24 hours.

Love some of the features you worked into your Hyperstake wallet btw, my first coins mature in a couple hours. 

You guys are awesome! Not many coins are able to get everyone together to pitch in for something mutually beneficial. I have started syncing in anticipation of full payment.

Will take a bit, as these older chains seem to. And unfortunately with vps bootstraps sometimes dont really increase the speed of sync.
