so iv been following a couple other threads, and because zeit is my home this where I like to put my thoughts into words. So what I notice is that expectations that people have for their respective crypto is very often not the reality and I think its because people don't realise that whales lurk on bitcoin forum as well. So if I was a whale this is what I would do, Swim around from thread to thread and get an idea of what all the plankton are expecting and what they want to happen, throwing out posts all excitedly! to the moon! up up up! this is great money money money, I believe in this coin etc etc. So me mr. whale now knows exactly what where how when and who (heck even how much each little plankton has) what do i do with my substantially large amount of buying and selling power....I deliver the opposite at the exact time that everyone was expecting the big break! its easier than shooting fish in a barrel! I force value to plummet to the depths of the crypto world at some expense to myself, however the panic and misery I cause is priceless! in fighting, trollers you name it! all while Im picking up each and everyone of the coins I need to later make an absolute killing!
See this crypto world we in, is like a yoyo at the moment. We are the yo yo and they hold the string! they can keep it going up and down as long as they like until either they let it all unwind and fall to the floor or, they catch it and pass it on to someone else.
Now this is a pretty obvious statement/idea/concept wateva, many of you will tell me this I expect! but its NOT, and the evidence of that is all over bitcoin forum. so blind are many of the inhabitants of the crypto world its scary and sad at the same time.
What scares me the most though, is that you would think people would learn, and they do after time, but the ratio of veterans to newcomers is getting bigger and bigger everyday as more people find out daily about our world and want in! sadly everyday there are more plankton for the whales to feast on and it will be a continuous and viscous cycle till an equilibrium is found, and I think that will only happen after things get worse than they are now with regards to markets etc.
