I'm not sure when Cryptsy ends the voting process, so this is a tentative bit of speculation on winning.

If there  is a fixed time, and not just when Cryptsy can be arsed, I would find out when. Then I would go over and buy points: 867.46058321 would currently set you back 0.78054103 and would yield 4335 votes.

There are risks, such as other people doing thee same with their coin and you end up losing anyway.

I agree with angryacorn we shouldn't care to much for Cryptsy right now. It is very important right now to get on MintPal, as many people do not trust exchanges like cryptorush, coinex(which has still beta on the site), .... For sure not with a lot of BTC. As mentioned before by Zeitcoin, Cryptsy should be on the long term, because this needs serious preparation. News, deeds, etc can bring this coin to the moon. And as soon as the coin is established in top 4-5 (not coincap, but tx volume), the coin will probably be there for the long run. Because of the Zeitgeist idea, maybe it is possible in the longer future to promote/fund robotic projects that make life easier for humans?

COMMUNITY ACTION REQUEST

I'd like to ask a few dozen of you to point your miners to zeit.morecoins.org for a few hours.

They asked for help yesterday, they have been stuck on a block for DAYS, the pool hashrate is currently only 480 Kh/s, people will not mine there until the blockage is cleared.

I posted here & threw my 1.45 Mh/s at it y'day, a couple of people joined in, but not enough to get the job done.

If we all 'give of our miners' for a couple of hours, we can prove that this community really is composed of people who will help people out.

btw the pool is 0% fee.

Thanks in advance.

I will put 3.3 Mh/s in the next 20 minutes

Join me people and let's do this as one!

I transferred power 150 khesh
more power I do not have

Nice : My 3.3 Mh/s is there now.

Come on guys I know some of you out there have got some strong hashing power!

Let's show them what we are capable of if we work as a community!  Cool

I am happy to support this great coin!

Does ZEIT have stores that accept it as payment? I have a site buy4crypto.com where I have a database of stores, exchanges, and information on cryptos. If you all would like me to cover ZEIT please contact me with relevant information so I can review and add to the database.

Check out buy4crypto.com and let me know what you think. We would be happy to support ZEIT and more!

Wooohooooo i just installed 2 more cards to my rig, now i have 3 cards running smoothly at 430 khs each. Very happy!

Is it bad that I have one card 75 degrees celcius? and other two only 65? Or should I just need to buy a new wind machine? Cheesy

Also where do you recommend me to mine with 1300 khs to get more Zeits?

Unfortunately I am unable to unlock my wallet.
I typed the command
Quote
walletpassphrase mypassword 10 true
but got the message
Quote
Error: The wallet passphrase entered was incorrect. (code -14)

The password I've entered is correct though. I even made a test deposit which got processed.
Can anybody help me with this issue?

Maybe this will help you;
https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/1775-unlock-to-mine/

Found the problem: My password contained special characters, which did cause the problem. I haven't tested, which specific character it was, but I think it was either \ or | as well as the password doesn't cointain " (just tested, I don't mind posting the characters, since the password was auto generated, there are many wallets out there which are easier to crack than mine).
@Devs: maybe you should look into this problem. As said, I got no problem withdrawing any coins, just the unlock in the console wasn't possible.

I just changed the password so I am able to unlock the wallet now.

You're doing reasonably well at Cryptsy. I noticed this:

"we are also accepting CryptsyPoints as part of our paid vote program (5 votes per CryptsyPoint). After you cast your free vote, you will then have the option to vote again with your CryptsyPoints as often as you like."

You need another 1200 votes to get near SaturnCoin

I would chuck you a point but I don't have any! So you need 240 people that want Zeit on Cryptsy with 1 CryptsyPoint ...  Smiley

That's not too many, and CryptsyPoint is worth hardly anything

Support ! but I trade the points to BTC to buy Zeit before reading this.... I did vote Zeitcoin on mintpal and Cryptsy

This may not be appropriate and if not, then accept my apologies.  I'm getting frustrated trying to accumulate a lot of Zeitcoin.  I only hash around 220 to 230 Kh/s and am broke (was laid off for 3 years).  So I mined Zeit a while when new, and then switched to other coins and trade for Zeit... but it's painfully slow at my hash rate.  So I was thinking... what do I have that I could trade for a ton of Zeit??? And then it hit me... my vintage Buck Buckmaster 184 knife.. from the 80's, as in Seal Team 6 and Rambo.  They sell on eBay for $400 to $600 depending on condition... mine is very, very nice.

Here are some photos of mine: http://www.pqgallery.com/gallery.asp?SID=127805&CatID=1

Here's one on eBay for comparison: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Buck-Vintage-Buckmaster-184-Pat-Pend-With-Sheath-Stone-Compass-NEW-/181302718612?pt=Collectible_Knives&hash=item2a367bf094

If you're interested in making me an offer, PM me.  If not all Zeit, I'll take a mix, but I want a ton of Zeit, some to hold and some to use as it rises.
