I believe a blockchain friendly resume writer might be the perfect person to give the decent.ch English version webtsite some edits. There's not really a lot of text there to work on.

The Team list is very impressive but the personal notes below the pictures are difficult to read. I was able to look past this and would guess that Team members were asked to produce an English version or that they had someone translate to English for them.
An English resume writer would fix that right up. So just those two pages and then let the readers know that on their next click on the screen they should prepare to get your google translator out.
Maybe a link to a future Decent translation tool but for now some other translating services.I could probably do the FAQ but would not be so comfortable with writing Team Member introductions unless I spoke to them.
