Just announced and not much information but Bitrefill will be offering virtual debit cards for a bunch of countries soon:
From what I can see they basically covered EU countries as usual, just waiting now for the terms.

Not in the US so boo from me. But for others is might be a win.
Since Visa allegedly stopped issuing new Binance cards in Europe (still waiting for someone to cofnirm this) since few months ago and my debit card expires in 6 months, this might be a solution. What's even better, they said that they plan to release physical version too. Anyway, good news for us in the EU!

Not all the details are there yet, but it looks to be a semi sold offering from a good company.

So it looks like Binance will no longer be offering their card to residents of Latin America and the Middle East. The users will have until the 21st of September when the cards stop working.
Seems like that's not all as according to Bloomberg, Visa stopped issuing new Binance debit cards for their users in Europe since July and if that's true and something doesn't change I will have to look for another crypto debit cards in a few months when current one expires.

@OmegaStarScream

There are 2 things.

There is a list of country where the cards don't work

In Europe, it doesn't work because we (the EU merchants) are using the 3DS protocol and the buyer needs a phone number.
The thebitcoincompany cards don't have a phone number tied

On the website you want to buy if you don't see the logo "verified by visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode" but the usual Visa and Mastercard logos it may work

As for Google wallet the cards are often blocked recently

Thanks but there isn't much there about where can one use the card. There are mentions of Google Pay, but that doesn't seem to be working either. I have also tried G2A, Recharge.com, you name it, but the card has been declined everywhere.
I can 100% confirm that this card worked for people I personally know using g00gle play (I saw it with my own eyes), but I think this can all be related with IP addresses and locations/countries connected with this cards.
Maybe you should check out @thebitcoincompany telegram group and ask for help there, maybe even with direct PM to owner or moderators if you don't like posting anything in public chats.

Could you tell me which site you used the card on? I bought a card yesterday and tried to make a purchase from AliExpress but that didn't work. I tried a couple of other services but the same, card keeps being declined.
Sorry, but you can't use them on AliExpress, PayPal or any similar websites, I think I wrote about that before  Tongue
If you want to buy something from AliExpress only way you can pay (other than using credit/debit cards) is with crypto on mirror website called AliBitress for slightly higher prices.
I think AliBitress owner is registered and still active on bitcointalk forum, so you can try talking with him for more details, because I don't vouch for anything Wink

Yes I did used it and it worked just fine.
This is perfect you want to buy some digital goods that can't be purchased with BTC, becaue it still preserves some of your privacy.
Note that this cards will not work for purchasing with paypal and similar websites, but I think someone said that it can be connected with paypal.

Gnosis just announced their new physical debit card (a non-custodial one)[1] which costs ~30 EUR. The card will first be available in the EEA countries and the UK and will be rolled to the U.S and some other countries by the end of the year.

LBank exchange is launching a new card in Q3 of this year. It's still unclear to whom the card is going to be available, although the title says "global". The card is also expected to not have any limits:

Generally there is a list of countries not authorised to use credit cards, otherwise fees are the limited factors for using these services when they are very high.
The card will be available as physical but also virtual form which is pretty good. Hopefully it will not be restricted just after the launching due to restriction from the issuers...

For those who are using Wirexapp: the company issued a statement[1] about possible outages in the EEA because the Lithuanian central bank revoked the license of UAB PayrNet (Wirex card provider).

I already made an account with them otherwise I wouldn't have minded using your referral code. And I was actually asking whether you used the card while shopping?

Yes I did play around with few offers to see how everything works, and I can send you ref code if you want  Cool
You even have the different offers for cards if you select different countries inside app, for example g00gle play giftcards are available only if you select few countries like United States, Germany, etc.

I was actually trying to use the app and not the website. If I use my IP address, the virtual card doesn't show but if I use a VPN, then it shows but like I said, it's strange because that page also shows the restricted regions, and my country is not part of them. Have you tried them?

I know people who purchased cards from this website before and it worked fine for them.
You don't have to use any VPN if cards are available in your region, but it is best to download their app for Android or iOS and check for yourself.
Note that changing IP addresses could result in card payment getting declined in some places, so be careful if you are doing that, and first try with smaller amount of money.

I haven't bought the card, so I can't really vouch for them but make sure to read the warnings on the app before buying. The card does not work everywhere (like in PayPal, Revolut, etc.)

For people who are interested in Bitcoin cashback there are much better options and some of them are even kyc-free, like virtual cards from The Bitcoin Company.
There are Intenational and US only type of VISA cards with 2.5% reward, and they have a bunch of other gift cards with better rewards:
https://thebitcoincompany.com/

For those interested in this card, I just made an account:

You have to use Orbot or a VPN in order to be able to buy this card. It's strange because now that I have changed my IP, I can see the list of banned countries, but my country is not listed even listed there.

The fees look good compared to what we've seen before. 0.00036978 BTC for a 10$ card (with the current preev.com rate of 27,190$).

I haven't bought the card, so I can't really vouch for them but make sure to read the warnings on the app before buying. The card does not work everywhere (like in PayPal, Revolut, etc.)

The front description makes me overlook about that it’s direct transfer from Ledger but it turns out to be ledger live. I just read full description and it turns out that it needs to be top-up via ledger live.
If that was poissble it would automatically made it by far the best crypto debit card on the market becase you wouln'd thave to trust anyone with your crypto but unfortunately that's not possible.

My balance doesn’t sync even though ledger live recorded already the blockchain transaction on history. All thing is messy too when I try to connect my new ledger to the ledger live since it still detects my old device account despite I already reset it.
Many people had synicning issues, especially with Ethereum app. Add on that double spend problems that happened from time to time and you get a completely useless app and instead of Ledger trying to sort something as essential as their app, they waste time & money on that bad reovery idea.
