But I think my gambling might get me in trouble, im not even 18 (4 years away from it) yet and its almost all I think about sometimes. Do you guys think I should make an effort to quit?
This is the real problem here, you are underaged yet you're gambling so for me better to quit as early as possible because you're thinking too much about gambling already and this might really put you in big trouble if you continue gambling, in will lead you to addiction.

As you said best to quit early since there's a bad complication regarding on that possible addiction that might happen in future so good think OP think about quitting since he can get out to the slum where he was on these days. And better he should seek guidance from his family members since they are the one who will take action first about what you are going to tell to them and give us advice on what are proper things to do.
Better to quit early if you dont like to fuck up your life because of gambling addiction.Lots had messed up their lives because of this problem and if you dont like to suffer those consequences then its better to quit
gambling for good or you would just play on moderation and since op is aware in regards to his actions then its a good indication that he's really sensible towards on what he's been doing.
If he do find out that he is playing too much then its just common sense that you would just stop or making yourself get distracted and focus with other activities
which doesnt really connect with gambling.

Just like I predicted.

The underage gambler always came from CSGO Gamble first then try another casino like crypto casino after, do you only playing with CSGO skin? or now fully with crypto. I have some suggestion might help, try to ask someone like your family to hold your fund and tell them to only give you money while you're really needed.
CSGO are open to everyone as long you are willing to play the game, and buying such skin can consider as gambling since many are already addict on it, and keeps on buying the things without realizing the risk of it.

If you’re into crypto gambling, this is not good but if you are just playing the game and do staking, you can still get out of that if you want to, the underage is normal on CSGO just don’t take more risk of improving your gambling activities, focus first on your study and don’t gamble anymore.

You think that anyone in his family will be allowing him to gamble at 14 years of age. There is no way he should gamble, i am against KYC but we need to stop young people coming into the space as it is not meant for them to gamble at that age. Age limit is for a reason and i am sure if a gambling site identify underage users in their platform they will ban their account.

I also don't think his parents know about his gambling activities. But if he wants to stop or moderate this vice, he needs to open up his situation with his family. It may not be good at the start but I think, only family can truly help and understand his situation. He needs to decide for himself now or if he will delay and delay, he will soon find himself in deep addiction with gambling. Considering that he is only 14, so if he will not address it the soonest possible, would be hard to get out in the future.

The good thing is that you do realize that what tou're doing is wrong. That's a good start!
Tbh, it will be hard to overcome the urge to gamble by your own. So don't be afraid to talk to your parents about your problems. They won't get mad on you, on the contrary, they will be glad that you were honest with them and they will do whatever it takes till you get over this.

You are too young to gamble, better to stop before you are mature enough to manage your gambling habit. Moreover, you already feel a problem with your gambling habit. It is not a wise decision to continue it at your current age. As an old person who has a child, I suggest you focus on your study at school for now. It is time for learning, not for gambling. You will have time to gamble in the future when your age meets the minimum requirements for a gambler. Be wise and focus on your priority!!

Hey guys! I just wanted to make this post to see whether or not you think that what I do for fun has turned into a problem, let me set the scene.

I started online gambling a while ago, at first CSGO skins gambling, then crypto gambling. I havnt lost a lot yet, but I honestly think its a problem. My idea of fun nowadays is booting up NordVPN, going to Stake, depositing crypto into the website, and gambling. I spend hours gambling, I dont lose much, but I also dont win much, I split even almost every night. But its all I can think about sometimes, when Im at school I think about gambling im gonna do when I get home. But I think my gambling might get me in trouble, im not even 18 (4 years away from it) yet and its almost all I think about sometimes. Do you guys think I should make an effort to quit?
I think you should pause gambling for now until you develop the emotional ability to control your quest for gambling. Gradually you are becoming addicted. Lets face the reality you are only 14 years of age and at this age people get so addicted to negative vibes so easily. it would be wiser if you could take a break them resume when you clock 18

^  A good suggestion, always consult your family when you have a problem that is related to financial problems because when you are in the addicted stage, you will have a problem in trouble when it comes to how to have money to sustain your gambling activity. People that have open-minded regarding gambling activity are always safe from addiction than the silent one that keeps gamble even though you are in a financial problem stage.
My advice is, don't focus on gambling if this is always in your mind, divert it into a different activity that you can forget for a while your gambling activities.

You're too young for this, its already good that you're into cryptocurrency, but not to try gambling again, that's too risky for you.

i think there are countries or there are websites that has a lower age restriction when it comes to gambling .
you need to figure this out if your age is what your worrying the most  . in your story you dont lost a lot but on top of that youv been playing for a long hours  , sounds good if you have nothing to do than wasting time .
its okay to think of gambling when your in school because it gives you pleasure or a reward but if it affects your grades then you need to to stop for a while

If you think it is a problem, then YES, it is a problem! First of all, you are a kid. You shouldn't be gambling. Almost all gambling sites requires you to be be at least 18 years or above to play on their casino. If you get caught, they are going to block you and you are going to lose your funds. Next, go get help. No one over here can help you. Talk to your parents about your addiction. They will know what to do. Before you do that, withdraw all your funds and let that casino/gaming site know that you are underaged and you think you are addicted. They will block your account and will try to make sure you don't access their site again.

Thinking about it and doing it is not the same thing.
As long as you can resist the urge and not do it, i think you're fine.
But if you think you're slipping control, then go get help

For such a young age, better to stop and exclude yourself while you are still in a good mindset to do it,
If you continue your gambling sessions, everything will be replaced. Your mind will be polluted by thinking of all possible strategies that you going to use when chance permits you to play.

What I mean is while you are still in control better to stop this activity, base from your post you are only 14 and that young mind are very prone being corrupted, addiction to gambling are one of the problem most parents are suffering, kids learn how to steal and sell their things just to continue.

From where am I, there's news with a high school student who ended his life due to his gambling problem, losing a lot from sport betting and an unable to pay debts leads the boy to commit suicide.

The OP should read this article My son ended his life because he felt controlled by gambling , and assess for himself where he wants to go with his life. It is not too late to change if he wants to. He is still young to decide and change his lifestyle before he is totally consumed by this habit. Younger generation tends to make decision in life that is damaging to themselves because they have different perspectives in life. There's still time to change.

Not necessarily quit but its good that you are aware with the actions or activity that you've been doing which i could say that you should at least have some break on playing gambling before you do make yourself get

addicted to it.Whenever a person had been thinking for a particular thing and been compromising specially your education then this is something that you should consider about and its good that you are at least aware

that you are falling into the situation of being addicted. To solve this out then try to distract yourself into something which isnt related to gambling.

You need to stop gambling immediately, reducing it won't cut it. First of all, you're a minor, it's not only detrimental that you're gambling at such age, but also illegal.

You should talk to someone, your parents, some other adult you trust and who is understanding or even a psychologist, don't let it get you, before it's too late.

It's not something to joke about, I would also advise to block all, or at least most gambling websites.

The first part was fine about not loosing much, the moment you said you are 14 years old and gambling, it is a problem and it might affect your future. Right now concentrate on your education and you are not even earning to gamble. May be you have collected some cryptocurrencies and you can use them to save for your future education rather than spending time gambling.

I have been thinking about telling him but I feel like hes not going to be mad, just annoyed that I would spend my hard earned crypto on gambling.

No, my dad does not know that I gamble. He knows that I do crypto, but doesnt know that I gamble.

For sure they would really get mad but not on the point that you would be scolded that much because they might rather tell you on what are the things you should gonna do because no father would really

like for their sons to get into the pit of addiction thats why its better that you do quit up and wont be tending for it to becomes worst on where you do got to the point that you would really be stealing of some funds

from your parents. If you do saw that you cant solve it out on your own then seeking help from your loved ones will be the best thing to be done.

I suggest you to have control, because things can go out of hands anytime. From the post it seems you haven't encountered losses, which is quite good. Only thing you have been experiencing as a trouble is spending more time and always thinking about it. This is true indication of addiction. When you're new to something it won't easily let you go out of it. You don't want to quit, but look for a way that helps you stay in control.

Even before making further bets go through my personal experience sharing. Be a Responsible Gambler. Maybe this looks boring, but this can give some understanding what way to use gambling and what shouldn't be.
