Sportsbet.io downgraded to "C-".
On December 3, 2023 Sportsbet confiscated $14,500, both the deposit and winnings from a player. The ToS from Sportsbet dictates that they can confiscate funds if the deem wrong-doing. A ToS saying that a book can steal doesn't make it right to steal. There may be times when deposits may need to be taken as a deterrent but strong proof of multiple misdeeds is needed.
In looking around the web, Trust Pilot alone shows 8 cases of confiscated funds in the last few months. Sportsbet does reply to their Trust Pilot. Even though Trust Pilot score doesn't reflect in the ratings of this thread, Sportsbet has a Trust Rating of 1.7 with 74% of the users giving a rating of 1.

1. Security - getting paid is by far most important.
2. Working with the forum. This is a player's thread and books are held responsible for their actions. Questions are asked of books concerning number of employees, time in business, experience, poster problems, etc. If a book is going to ignore a player's thread, they will be severely downgraded. Most books are very easy to work with.
Sportsbet repeats the same pattern over and over again. They accuse a player of multi-accounting and confiscate the players funds without evidence. It's tough to make a decision on which party is right when a book will not provide proof.
