Totally stupid and illegal rules
the responsibility is entirely on the site=not the user
what kind of trash are you to determine if the claim is invalid
she checked that countless sites have been convicted and have paid large fines
with the license from Curacao you can only wipe your ass. nothing else
I'm glad that you posted this. When I first started posting the reviews I said that I'm going to post what really happens. The clauses in the ToS of each book are fairly similar but each uses it differently. I'll post how the books use these clauses. A lot of people in this thread bring great information and it's appreciated. ralle posts a lot of new books that I don't see. Outside this thread, there is a lot of misinformation being spread and people keep repeating this information. A lot of rating sites outside BCT post bad information. Some have 1xbet rated high. Some have books that just opened in 2023 rated high. Many post wrong information on KYC. Most rating sites don't know that Betcoin uses two sets of lines and that they have a racebook. I haven't seen any rating site post that Betcoin has poker. It seems they just copy what another rating site has said. I did not talk to Betcoin before making this post so these are solely my ideas and thoughts. Live chat and support with books have to say exactly what is in the ToS. I'll try to show how it really works from playing with the books along with consistent research that is done..
With Betcoin, if you are in Curacao don't play with them. If you are anywhere else using a VPN you aren't going to lose any of your money for playing from a banned country. The worst that will happen is that Betcoin will say you can't play in your country and they will return your money. You will lose money for trying to multi-account or using a bot. Don't try to cheat Betcoin. They have never lost a case in arbitration and they rarely do KYC. All players are profiled as far as betting patterns. There are a ton of things that give away a person using multiple accounts. Some players get red flagged and the information may get passed from book to book. You'll be marked as a someone that uses multiple accounts. It's the same for people that get limited. If books use the same provider then you will be limited day one at the next book that you try with that provider. Limits are different at the two Betcoin Books.
In the past I've been adamant that a book can never steal deposits. A lot of books are doing this on first offense. Betcoin doesn't do that on first offense but they may for multiple offenses. I may change my stance somewhat on this. If a person is going to drag a book through the mud on the forums and waste their time and money on arbitration, maybe the player should lose both winnings and deposits if he loses arbitration. I'm not positive on how I'll handle this in the future as far as ratings. Future reviews with include honest takes such as this on how each book works.
