Time for a Nitrogen downgrade for their disappointing cs tonite.

On and offline for hours, no response to the many people in their thread asking what's going on.

I sent them an email over an hour ago, no response.

They've been having trouble staying online all week it appears from their thread.

If no one is going to maintain their bitcointalk thread overnite, they need to set up forwarding to their support department during those hours.

But of course if their support is taking over an hour to respond, they have other problems and need adequate staff.

Working on organizing all the scummy things I can prove Betcoin has done. 

Numerous sketchy doings with the Betcoin organization including but not limited to:

1) Horrible non-responsive cs, and often antagonistic when they do respond;




2) It was reported 4 days ago to Betcoin Poker that they are raking amounts far beyond what the site claims is supposed to be raked.
No response 4 days later, despite screen shot proof of this;



3) Betcoin Poker had a player DDOS'ing other players in sit and go's, causing them to go offline so he would win by default.
They did not ban him from the site.

Scammers working in collusion in poker tournaments likewise not banned from the site;



4) At least one player banned from the site for pointing out these and/or similar problems in their forum.
They then lied multiple times claiming he is welcomed back, while keeping his account banned.


5) Betcoin claimed that they "overlap" with CRIS, and that their parent company has been in business for 16 years (or something like that).

They've been asked by myself and several others to define what their "overlap" is with CRIS, and to name their parent company which they referred to.

No response to date after about 10 days.

The rollover is 60x on odds greater/higher than 2.00, it sounds hard to complete because with this bonus you can make only 2bets (minimum bet 2.9mbtc) in case you win one or two of the first bet so you can continue to try to complete the rollover.

To answer your first request "please add NHL overnite lines" there are currently no markets in the NHL but we definitely take bets on these events. I have checked bet365 (10.34am Irish Time) to see if they are displaying there. They are not so I can only assume that they are being priced at the minute and will be up shortly. Not available on 2 highest ranked sites here either.

With regards the second question "best prices available in the industry". We are confident that our prices are at the highest level. On some events you might find better odds for events but as a whole we at flutterclub will be able to price markets in favor of the player consistently. I have looked at the odds for the event that you have specified and our prices are  better than the #1 rated site here. To answer your final question "Is there any way to see what the limits are without being signed in?". Unfortunately not but as we do not ask for account verification when setting up an account this should not be too much of a problem.

Over 24 hours I sent my money, can't login and cs is basically non responsive. It's a football sunday, you would think that they would have CS available. I cant even attempt to login, the groundsmen are working on the problem message comes up. I asked them if they got my BTC, no answer, I asked them if I was blocked for some reason, no answer. They have a nice slick website but customer service is sorely lacking in my brief experience with them

I was told my account would be closed if I continue to the bet the way I did (or something along those lines), however, my account was unlock and I was able to withdraw my bitcoins.

My Jetwin account has been unusable for two days now, with 5.78btc in it. Upon attempting a withdrawal a popup will issue a message: "Minimal withdrawal amount is 10 MBTC.   User is not active, cannot withdraw".  I've written to support over email and jetwin's internal messaging system. No response.
